Would totally rate, if only I was even able to enter the store. I have been to sephora infinity numerous times and have been rudely and indirectly denied entry. On trying to enter the store, an employee rushed up to me, directly obstructing me, blocking my view which also made me uncomfortable. She then asked me what exactly I was looking for and I wanted to browse through lip products and try them out to find the best fit in person. But she hounded me with irrelevant questions and judgemental looks like what brand and shade number I wanted, telling me that I could 'only' get something if I already had the 'exact' product in mind cause apparently "that's how it works!" This has happened on so many occasions, even multiple of my friends and mutuals have mentioned the same. I'm 18 and there have been a lot of instances where shop owners think lowly of me (and others of this age group) when wanting to purchase something, as someone who is well-dressed, well-mannered, has a pocket deep enough to afford their products and assuming that there is no discrimination towards a customer, this is so disgustingly disappointng, snarky looks and comments. I have been visiting infinity mall quite often for the past four years and have never been inside their sephora for this exact reason. It's honestly so pathetic and finally after four years of having horrible experiences and pent up annoyance, I have decided to shoot a review. The next time I enter infinity and head to sephora, and I'm still having trouble like this, istg i will honestly take legal action as it is so demeaning and i'm SO fed up and have literally had enough. Thanks for...
Read moreHaving been in the service industry myself I don’t usually post bad reviews for anyone but if you’re going here please ensure you get a good expert to help you with your products. I visited today and mine was very inexperienced and impolite. She first tried to gaslight me into thinking that the foundation she was making me try on was my skin tone, in reality it was atleast 6-7 shades lighter than me (if I’m being honest it was almost white). Specifically told me she would add a free sunscreen for me (which I didn’t need but I thought it was nice of her). At the billing counter I rechecked because something seemed off and she was smirking through it all. That’s when she told me that she claimed she would add a free primer/body wash IF I chose to buy the sunscreen. Basically tried to trick me into purchasing the ₹4000+ sunscreen so her commission would increase I’m assuming? Later she was telling me about discounts that I could’ve availed AFTER the billing (which ideally should’ve been done before the billing but that’s alright). When I asked her to repeat because I didn’t understand, she told her colleague to help me understand which was very impolite. The other employee who explained was very kind but it was disheartening to have this experience at a brand...
Read moreI was desperately looking for a Brown Matt lipstick and to my surprise none of the glamor stores had a shade of brown, looks like that trends are terrible coz everyone wants to follow a trend, nobody dares to keep a stock of anything that's not in trend, anyway, I was at Infiniti Malad hence thought of trying my luck at sephora's, the rep who attended me was Sana, all said and done, the only reason I stepped out with a buy from there is coz of the rep Sana, she was full of enthusiasm, energy and will to make sure that I get what I came in for, and one of the main reason's for me to rate them 5 stars, am I happy with what I bought???? Let's get to that. I picked up a mighty maroon lipstick (bullet) coz they did not have a brown, an aqua color and a regular black eye pencil (kajal). Am I happy with the products??? Well honestly I've seen and experienced better and my expectations were high, but nevertheless everyone has different expectations and I'm sure many of you are delighted with the products, will I visit again??? Good question. What I spent for the products is 5900/- are they...
