Last weekend, my wife, our 6-year-old son, and I decided to treat ourselves to a special dinner at Sushi Hiro in Jakarta, and it turned out to be a memorable culinary experience.

They were courteous, professional, and patient, especially with our son who had a lot of questions about the different dishes. The waitstaff was knowledgeable and offered excellent recommendations, which enhanced our dining experience.
Food Quality The food at Sushi Hiro was nothing short of extraordinary. We started with an assortment of sashimi that was incredibly fresh and flavorful. The highlight of our meal was the Omakase platter, which allowed us to sample a variety of expertly crafted sushi pieces. Each piece was a work of art, showcasing the chefs' skill and precision.
For our son, we ordered a few simpler rolls and tempura. The chefs were accommodating and created a special roll that wasn't too spicy, which he loved. My wife and I also enjoyed the specialty rolls, such as the Hiro Roll and Dragon Roll, both of which were beautifully presented and packed with flavor.

I’d heard so many good things about the group, so I was looking forward to the dining experience! Everything was great, from the stunning ambience to the friendly service to the delicious and innovative food.
If only there’s one thing that could be improved, asking your guests to scroll on their phone to look at your 70-page (!!!) menu is very inconvenient and bothersome, especially for middle aged and the elderlies! Or for those without mobile phone (yes some of us do want to eat or chat in the restaurants, and not scroll on our mobile phone throughout the entire dinner!). Plus, the paper version of your menu has no photo of the dishes whatsoever. Probably have some printed paper menus ready just in case, it’s a worthy investment. Facilitating seamless experience/guest satisfaction is key to keeping your success consistent. Technology is there to assist us, not to make our lives inconvenient! Most good restaurants your level have a “bible” paper menu with photos, descriptions and prices of the dishes.

Read moreFood is always good. However, please take a note on your. In general a good crew and service until I was about to make my billing at 5.34pm on 15th Jan 2021 served by IRA SUSANTI. She did not perform a good service or rather I will say rude to that standard. 1st when billing, she pass me the bill and when I was taking out my CC she left for the counter ( 3 people was there). So I waited since it took too long. I walked there and I gave the bill and my CC and I went back to my table. Upon receiving she just took the bill and put it aside. When she returned to my table, she brought the EDC machine with her. She keyed in the number left the machine on the table. After I keyed in, I called her again. She came back tore the bill and LEFT the bill on the table and walked off. Is a common service courtesy to just say thank you. And while serving customer you just dont suddenly leave that table on the middle of something without saying anything. She should be glad that I did not make things difficult for her. Please remind your staff that she in the service industry. At least have the courtesy to say "I leave your card in the table" and not just leave it there and walked off.
