This is the only decent cafe around Sarinah which still open till midnight and within walking distance from. Parking space could fit up to 5-6 cars, with parallel parking, spacious, but during night time kinda crowded. The place has 3 floors, supposedly, but when we came, third floor are still on renovation, sad, because we kinda hope to side with a view. First floor is kinda loud because of the music, and a semi outdoor space, so smoking is allowed here. The beautiful sitting place you've seen on social media during noon is on the first floor semi outdoor. They have elevator to go up. We sat on the second floor, more quieter and indoor with AC. Many tables provided, with variety of chairs sofa types. But sitting indoor kinda hard to call the waitress/waiters, since none of them standby there, so we could only wait when they serve orders and rush to call them.
The best meal I've tried here is the curry noodle chicken chaoi so or something (IDR 85k), the curry broth is delicious, thick, creamy, not to heavy though, taste savory sweet well balance, chicken very juicy as well, they served it with noodle we dip to the broth ourself. Don't be fooled by the shallow bowl, portion are small.
Pad thai (IDR 75k) with mushroom, probably the most unworthy one, taste sour kinda bland, portion small. The pad thai too sticky, like eating cold indomie that stuck creating a cube, I end up have to cut it instead if slurping it.
Quesadilla, plain just okay, kinda bland. Taste nothing special.
What I love is their Mayonnaise, it's like they made their own mayo, not like any other mayo, taste similar like japan kewpie, but even better, we even order extra fries just to eat it with the mayo, their tartar sauce is also delicious.
Chocolate cake something (IDR 76k), taste delicious, nothing special though.
Overall, I like the curry noodle and mayo, other dishes aren't comparable with the price. I don't know whether I'll come back here to try their other dishes, since kinda pricey and would rather eat thai fusion some where else. But I am interested with the...
Read moreThis café is an absolute gem! Located in a strategic area near Sarinah and Sabang, it’s easily accessible, though the parking lot for cars is somewhat limited. Despite that, the overall experience more than makes up for it. The staff here are exceptional—friendly, helpful, and incredibly informative. They truly go out of their way to ensure you have a great time. The café itself is beautifully designed, with a neat and tidy interior that exudes good vibes. The layout is amazing, featuring both indoor and outdoor spaces. The outdoor area is perfect for those who smoke, while the indoor space is cozy, clean, and radiates a welcoming atmosphere. The menu is diverse, offering a wide range of options to suit different tastes. The prices are reasonable and perfectly match the quality of service and food they provide. During my visit, they had a breakfast-lunch package available until 3 PM, which was a great deal. This place is versatile—it’s ideal for solo visitors looking for a quiet spot to relax, as well as for families wanting to enjoy a meal together. The decorations are lovely, adding to the overall charm of the café. Additionally, they accept all forms of payment, making it convenient for everyone. In summary, this café is a must-visit for its excellent service, inviting ambiance, and delicious offerings. Highly...
Read moreIt was one of the go-to lunch places near my office. The atmosphere is awesome, there's a smoking area, VIP rooms, and the second floor is nicely done. You can also use the elevator to go up. The food is fusion Thai-Italian. I always order their chicken wings, which are crispy and meaty. Very good bites all around the meal. Tom yum is very tasty. Their newest menu, the penne wagyu, is also divine. Light meals such as their signature toast are also good. My friends recommend their duck broth. Drinks vary from non alcoholic to alcoholic beverages. They also have a good selection of desserts. Service is not consistent. Sometimes, you get good servers or front desks. Sometimes, you get haughty ones who don't know or pretend to not know their promos (I tested one about their credit card promo, which I receive from their WhatsApp circulation/stories. She said there was a different promo. But I checked, and the promo about credit cards was announced daily and even on the day). Overall, it's a good place to go for a different view of...
