This Sarinah branch is slightly smaller than other Sushi Hiro locations, but the atmosphere remains warm and welcoming. The establishment is spotlessly clean, which immediately sets a good ambiance for the meal. The items on promo when I visited on Tuesday are mostly fusion sushi, and the selections were well-executed and satisfying.

The salmon maki, tuna banzai, and spicy salmon (these various rolls, including those draped in salmon and topped with sauces and tuna) all delivered on flavor, successfully blending textures and rich ingredients. The fresh taste make these rolls a compelling choice for those seeking inventive sushi. However, the surprising standout of the meal was the appetizer: chicken karaage. TL;DR: Complete rip off - If you want to waste money, eat here. If you want good food. Eat elsewhere.

I spent nearly Rp. 500.000 on two small meals. Everything was delivered one by one, slowly and in random order. As there were two of us, I ordered two drinks. The first arrived before food and the second drink arrived a while after all the other food was 'dripped' delivered. One meal was hamburger rice. The burger was so raw I could still hear it "moo". It's like they painted on the 'cooked' look. The rice was cold. At least my partner liked her 5 pieces of overpriced sushi.

To top it all off, they were playing the Minecraft soundtrack!!!!!!!!

Now, I'm not a picky eater or a fussy eater but, I genuinely feel ripped off by this place.
