Please nobody be angry, but I am such a nerd who is so bad at sports I did not know who Maradona was until some friends I met during my travels took me here 😂 I came to Napoli for Ferrante and Caravaggio. I thought everyone was talking about La Madonna (from religion … not music). Sorry 💁🏼♀️
Still, as an art lover I was fascinated by the quality of the murals and the overall street art scene concentrated near this area. Even if you are as foolish as I am, anyone with an eye for great artwork will enjoy a feast of it here. One of my favourite things about Napoli is that incredible art lives out on the street for all to enjoy, not solely gatekept behind museum entry fees.
