I bought a switch lite from unieuro and two days later I went to give it back (never opened the box) to upgrade to the standard switch. The manager working next to the main cashier's table who deals with product assistance was incredibly rude stating that we could not trade in the product as we did not purchase the product online.
I immediately counter argued the point as this made no sense and the guy continued to yell aggressively infront of a group of people that he had "20 years of experience" and that he's correct and that I'm wrong etc. Needless to say this was a memorable experience as one of the worst customer service I have witnessed and it demonstrates that whatever "20 years" experience the guy claims to have hasn't paid off in the slightest.
I then followed-up with my request at the Unieuro at Euroma 2 and they immediately accepted my trade in for full value and I was able to upgrade to the standard switch with ease.
I was literally laughing in the store having the fresh experience of the undisputably sub-par (in comparison) customer service of the lesser store in trastevere.
It's obvious that unieuro needs to rethink their service control quality and that not all unieuros are equal.
After four years living in trastevere I will no longer be giving these people...
Read moreIf there was a negative rating I would give this store a negative one. Came to buy a washing machine and asked the guy for help, he told me to look for his colleague and when I found her she said “I’ll be with you in a sec”. Seconds turned to minutes and after 30minutes from the time she said that, I asked another lady. She said “just a minute”. After 40 minutes total of waiting, my husband asked the same guy I asked for help the first time and he said you have to ask them. Pointing to the same ladies I asked for help. These ladies were assisting the one customer all these time. I told my husband I would wait for ten more minutes and if nobody cares to help us I will go to another store. In short after almost an hour, nobody cared to talk to us, so I decided to go to Unieuro in Piazza della Radio. In 10 minutes we were able to buy the washing machine we needed. The lady was very accomodating and even proposed for us to pay through financing. The ladies at the cashier were very helpful and polite. I’ve read many negative comments with regards to customer service of this store. Not getting anywhere near this store. Unieuro piazza della Radio is the best and...
Read moreThe worst experience ever. I went there to buy a Mac pc and from the first moment everything was terrible that I would give a -5 stars if I could. The staff attitude was terrible, like if they were so unhappy and ultra discomforted with the fact of selling you a PC or whatever stuff you need. They pretended to sign a document without giving me the time to read it first , I had to ask the guy to be patient because I needed to read it before signing. To complete the experience they came with the big box and gave it to me in the hand without a bag like if I had bought a small object. When I asked for a bag the guy just looked so annoyed and brought it with a terrible attitude too. I was so disappointed, the least Italians say when you say "Grazie" is "Prego" with a smile. This time they were far from the smile and of course the "Prego" was not even a possibility. The only positive is that I will never...
