Gondola WOW - Tour in Gondola — Attraction in Venice

Got very old gondola. Want refund .We paid for private experience and got a crappy gondola. Visited 9 th June 25 . Do not buy from them wait for ages to get on . Paid 154 euros , rip off . Use different service . Ride is only 30 minutes and saw garbage gondola as well. Waited almost 30 minutes to get on despite booking in advance . Give me refund. The normal rate is 90 euros for whole gondola . Gondola guy lazy didn't show us anything . You should be put out of business. I went and did another gondola for another service and it's normally 90 euros for the whole boat..Do not gaslight me and respond by saying that I never used your service which you have done for those who gave you negative reviews. The gondola guy is even smoking , very unprofessional and cancer causing smoke . We have gone through our Italy tour group guy( a tour which takes us across Italy on a coach ) and I will warn the global tour organisation never to use you. You guys had our names. I will make formal complaint to gondolier association. Ultimately you are providing the service. Take some responsibility. I noticed that whenever there's negative review you say it's unfair , well guess what it's unfair that you aren't giving me refund for a not good...

I would NOT recommend. We did the 60 minute tour at night yesterday. When we arrived the employee was very annoyed we booked online and was very rude. I do not know much italian but I understand enough to know some curse words when I hear them. We did get it figured out after a small wait. We then went on a gondola with a different employee. That one was very nice but the tour itself wasn't. We spent about 50 minutes on the tour. The last ten minutes were spent floating in front of the arrival point waiting for a free place for the gondola to park and arrive. We didn't go past the St. Marcos place or the bridge of sighs. We didn't go near the Rialto bridge. You could see it at one point but very far away. We couldn't even get a good selfie with it. When leaving the meeting point he turned into a small canal on the left almost immediately. We then basically drove straight ahead towards the other side and emerged somewhere near the vaporetto station St. Angelo. We turned left and drove on the Grand Canal until we arrived back at the meeting point. We are so disappointed and it was a waste of money. For that price not seeing half of the things...

Rude. This is not what you want. The Gondola manager was Rude. Our tour company reserved our time and we had a voucher, the manager did not seem to have the means or the desire to verify our reservation. Our tour company contacted the company to fix the issue and they redid the reservation for the next day. The next day, the Gondola manager was still rude to my wife and the gondolier for our boat seemed like he would rather be somewhere else. You should love what you do and the people who are willing to spend money on you, or go do...
