Vernazza Beach

While it is the most busy swimming area of the 5 villages, this is for a reason as it is very beautiful. There is a small bay/beach type area to lay down on or a plethora of rocks around the side you can try and get comfy on (some easier than others). You can find a few smallish jump rocks which is fun. This is more of a rocky waters. Water is a bit dirty here; but loads of boating and cruising options here. The roads are not smooth and a bit of ups and downs. Travelling here with luggage is not recommended. Also travelling between these villages with the Cinque Terre Express is a bit of challenge as loads of people commute between the villages.
