It's peaceful indeed, with truly unusual architecture, some charming jizō and ikebana statues, and a whole lot of their mascot pigeons having a whale of a time. The shrine office is quite lovely, too - worth quietly stepping inside. You can go from the low lights, old wood and old school interior to a view of new marble koi ponds and mirrored glass outside.
