Please improve your staff attitude. The shop was very crowded and busy, which is understandable for a tourist spot. However, I met a male cashier staff who kept asking me to show the price tag of my coat that I bought from another branch before. Furthermore, I have been wearing it ever since I stepped into this shop. I tried to explain to him, but he seemed furious, didn’t listen to me and kept asking the same question. Moreover, he asked me “Do you understand English ?” I replied that “I understand English, but I don’t understand your meaning.” He kept asking the same question again and again and told me that I must keep it somewhere. That was so speechless… I showed him I didn’t have it and I tried to see if it was still in my bag, but it was not. Finally, maybe he realized that there was a long queue or for other reasons. He gave up on that “price tag” and did his job. Dear GU, I understand your shop safety and security reasons, but why don’t you have other ways to make it easier for your staff and customers? Who will carry the price tags around with things that they bought and have already used? I really enjoyed shopping at Minoh Q’s Mall. I bought cheap sunglasses to survive in the heat of summer in japan here. Works super good and nice design as well haha.
