Wagyu Sukiyaki GYUMON／Osaka Halal — Restaurant in Osaka

Among all the positive reviews, I'm sorry I have to admit that this place is not for me. Came down all the way from Universal Studio at night with exhaustion and empty tummy to find halal food, especially halal ramen nearby my hotel, google recommended me this place. I came with high confidence after reading some reviews. Unfortunately, to be able to order the ramen, we must first have to order their sukiyaki. My wife ordered the sukiyaki and I ordered the ramen. But I wasn't able to. I had to order the sukiyaki as the main, and ramen as the side dish. What a rule! Then why you have to put the ramen as your identity and menu on google if you have such rule? And again, sorry if must say that the explanation form the waiter was not clear and not easy to understand. Language barrier is one of the problem. So I put aside my dream of having ramen as my dinner and switched it into sukiyaki. Despite all the complaints, the sukiyaki was okay. Don't want to give much compliments about the beef. It's just...

I can't remember theI can't remember the last time I left a review since I don't complain much about food. But it was bad that I have to this time. When we came last night, the waitress told us to sit towards the conner where it is obviously the worst sit in the restaurant when there was no one else in the restaurant. They could have ushered us to the empty room but they didn't. When I try to move towards the middle which is a better place, she said no and showed unpleasant face. Then, she spoke japanese with the male chef for quite some time before the male chef said ok. We don't understand japanese but it is obvious from their intonation and facial expressions that they are talking about us sarcastically. We are paying customers and being treated this way. After that, it was ok but because of that first impression, the rest of the session felt empty. I don't know about the other reviews but this is far far far from 5 stars given by other customers. Will not come here again even...

We had the pleasure of trying Sukiyaki Wagyu in this restaurant, and it was an unforgettable experience.
