Having a 11,000yen course menu, come up with two appetizers(ใ้ใ๏ผ , pufffish sashimi, puffish skin salad, pufffish karaage(fried), house pickle, a hot pot with chopped pufffish, some vegetable and tofu. At the end of the meal they will put rice in the pot to turn it into congee, with all the favour that left in the pot, the congee really unforgiveable
As a first time in my life having pufffish this is a very warm wellcome experience. Every dish well prepared and use up the whole fish without waste(of course the toxic organs are not included)
Worth for multiple visit(even it not that friendly to your wallet), reservation is highly recommanded as not usually lucky like me have a random dude offer seat
Staff are friendly but english are limited, so better to prepare some basic japanese phase if planning to visit to make it easy for both the staff...

I was shocked when an elderly female staff told me to remove my hat during the meal. There was no mention of such a dress code when I made the reservation on this app, and in my five years living in Japan, this was the first time I had encountered such an experience. I have visited numerous long-established restaurants, but this was the first time I was told to do something like this.
The staff's attitude was also very unpleasant, as if they were dictating how I should eat. Being told to use my hands to eat and instructed to pour the remaining sauce back into the pot made it impossible to relax and enjoy the meal. Furthermore, the staff visited our table multiple times during the meal to give detailed instructions on how to proceed with the dishes and how to eat them, which made it difficult to enjoy a leisurely conversation.
The poor quality of service greatly diminished the overall satisfaction. The taste of the food was not particularly memorable, and I felt that I could enjoy food of the same or better quality at many other restaurants.
Given my high expectations, the disappointment was significant, and I would not recommend this restaurant to...

People may call it a โlong-establishedโ restaurant, but in reality, itโs just an old, shabby, and dirty place. Dust and grime are noticeable everywhere, and hygiene is terrible.
Maybe itโs stinginess, but customers are crammed together at shared tables, so if you want to relax and enjoy good fugu, Iโd advise you to go elsewhereโespecially if you want your trip to be a pleasant one. There are plenty of better fugu restaurants nearby that Iโd recommend instead.
Above all, the proprietress is arrogant, pushy, and loud. She forces everyone to stir the hotpot using chopsticks that have already been in their mouths, and the leftover sauce from peopleโs small dishes gets poured back into the kitchen pot for the porridgeโit was absolutely disgusting. I found it unbearable.
I ordered a course meal, but the staff gave no explanation of the dishes, made mistakes with the order, and showed no sense of hospitality.
