Hot and crispy taiyaki? Yes please! Found this from one of PaolofromTokyo’s videos. Absolutely astonishing.

It was crispy on the outside but soft and chewy on the inside. But the highlight for me was red adzuki beans on the inside. I come from Singapore so there were a lot of red bean desserts in my life. But this one hits differently, you could tell that the owner used high grade beans, sugar and honey to make the red bean paste. Chunky, sweet and delightful red adzuki bean paste.

Things I disliked: They gave me a cold taiyaki. It wasn't fresh. A bunch of Japanese guys ordered after me and they all had freshly made-to-order taiyaki. The best Taiyaki I've had in Japan. They put so much filling inside and it taste so good! Usually the tail part of taiyaki have very little filling or even worse, none at all. This one is abudantly filled with the red bean filling. The dough itself is crispy (which is awesome) and a bit of smoky flavor from the cooking mold (which makes it even more delicious).
