The receptionist in the store speaks Mandarin, so there’s no communication problem at all! 👍🏻 There are so many styles of kimonos here!

The package I chose includes hairstyling, with various hairstyles available to choose from. Once I made my selection, the staff helped me style my hair and added different hair accessories for decoration, such as bows 🎀 and pearls. Their hairstyling skills are excellent—professional and attentive! ⟡

After the hairstyling, a Japanese staff member helped me put on the kimono. I chose a vibrant pink-orange kimono 👘.

They provide a comprehensive service, and the staff are attentive and polite. The overall experience was excellent! 👍🏻 The kimono experience is available until 5 PM, so I recommend booking early to have more time for taking photos and capturing...

Great place, has all kinds of kimonos and yukatas!! You can even get your own traditional sandals and have your hair styled for 1000¥ (7 USD). Very friendly to all kinds of people- locals and foreigners, as a western foreigner, I really enjoyed this experience and was glad to get my hair styled nicely :D

Cons: Only a few obvious problems were that kimonos are very hot to wear in the summer and the sandals are not made for walking, so they may be uncomfortable for people with sensory issues like me, though I didn’t mind the sweat too much. Not really much you can do to fix that, though, but the kimono I wore had a spot for your arms for air to go through so that was nice :)

This kimono rental shop is in a perfect location, just a short walk from Sensoji Temple, which made it incredibly convenient for our photoshoot. Booking directly with them was a breeze, and their communication was excellent. Upon arrival, we received immediate attention and had a pleasant time selecting our kimonos. The dressing process was smooth and efficient, thanks to the helpful attendants. We also opted for hair styling, which, despite being an add-on, was done quickly and beautifully. I was initially told it would take 90 minutes to get all 11 of us ready, but they finished in under an hour! recommend this store for anyone looking for a kimono rental experience...
