Visit Shibuya Hikarie ShinQs by accident and am delightful surprised to find out their duty free refund does not involve service charge! Most of other department stores involve a 1.55% service charge and there is nothing we can do to avoid it as tourists. While the store purchases do not offer any discounts, happy that I can get 100% of the tax paid back in cash!

Its cool building lots of shopping restaurants there even is a theatre on the 11F, tokyu ORB theatre as well there is good view from there to the big shibuya crossing On 1st floor there is TKTS Japan You can find all the entertainment shows, musicals, some theme parks, kabuki and more tickets with discount from 20%~50%

Didnt get the tucket for Shibuya sky so headed to Hikarie instead n go to their sky lobby. it was not crowded at all but still give a good view over Shibuya n the scramble crossing n of course the five screens featuring the Akita that appeared at 2pm...MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!

渋谷ヒカリエの9Fで、「EVA CROSSING expo（エヴァ博覧会）」が開催してました。 複数路線が乗り入れる渋谷駅でカンタンに渋谷ヒカリエに行けるのは、東急東横線。 改札の名前に「ヒカリエ改札」という商業施設ヒカリエの名称が付いているので、どの改札からでるか迷いにくいです。 同じように銀座線にも「ヒカリエ方面改札」があるのでヒカリエへのアクセスはしやすいですね。 ただ、JR線の場合、出る改札によってフロア、方角が異なるので注意が必要です。 特にヒカリエに行きたいのにハチ公改札から出ちゃうと逆側なので地味に歩くことになってしまいます。 JR線利用の場合は、中央改札から出るとスムーズです。 京王井の頭線の場合は位置関係がそもそも駅の東にあるヒカリエとは反対側の西の端っこにあるので、7，8分は歩くことになります。
