3月の土曜日のディナーの時間帯に、予約有で来訪。開放的でリゾート感もあるオシャレな店内。 イタリアの星付きレストランに勤めていたこともある奥野氏が立ち上げたBRIANZAグループの5店舗目となるのが、このBRIANZA TOKYO。本格派のイタリアンレストランチェーンを展開する中、このBRIANZA TOKYOのコンセプトは「炭火焼ラテンイタリアン」。 オシャレな雰囲気と美味しいお料理で大満足です。特にトリュフと卵のオーブン焼き、MAIN DISH2品のクオリティーが高く、とても美味しかったです。 お酒4杯とコース2人分で13180円で、ドリンクの単価は若干高いですが、お酒をほどほどにすれば、丸の内ディナーにしてはコスパ高いと思います。
■My Order ・ブリアンツァコース 前菜2種+選べるパスタ&メイン+デザート 全5品(5000円/人) ・各種ドリンク ■My Comment *Food <前菜1>→普通です。 ・シェフ厳選の生ハム ・ブラータチーズのカプレーゼ <前菜2> ・トリュフと卵のオーブン焼き (トリュフの香りとトロトロの卵の相性が良く、めちゃくちゃ美味いです。絶対頼むべき品です。) <Primo(パスタ)> ・ジェノベーゼソースのスパゲッティ⇒バジル強めで、個人的にはあんまり好きじゃなかったです。 ・本日のショートパスタ(イカとホタテの魚介ショートパスタ)⇒味は美味しかったのですが、具があまり入っていなかったのが残念です。 <Secondo(メインディッシュ)> ・岩中豚の炭火焼き(脂身が多くて大変美味です。ただ、重いです。脂身の少ない部分は、炭火焼の風味が強く、違った美味しさです。個人的には、脂身が少なく、炭火焼の美味さを感じられる方が好きでした。) ・真鯛のジョスパー焼き(ふわふわな白身を味わうことができ、大変美味。ジョスパーとはスペイン製の炭窯で、炭火焼界隈の巨匠のような存在だそうです。) <デザート>→普通です。 ・ティラミス *Food ・乾杯スパークリング(490円/人 クーポンで半額) ・米とリンゴのハイボール(900円)⇒日本酒感の強いハイボール。リンゴ感はわずかにしか感じません。 ・リモンチェッロクリームソーダ(1300円)⇒上に載っているアイスクリームが美味しいです。
Visited during dinner hours on a Saturday in March with reservations. The restaurant is open and stylish with a resort-like atmosphere. BRIANZA TOKYO is the fifth restaurant of the BRIANZA Group, founded by Mr. Okuno, who once worked at a starred restaurant in Italy, and is developing a chain of authentic Italian restaurants, the concept of BRIANZA TOKYO is "charcoal-grilled Latin Italian". The stylish atmosphere and delicious food are very satisfying. Especially the oven-baked truffle and egg and two main dishes were of high quality and very tasty. The price per drink is a little expensive, but if you moderate your alcohol consumption, it is a relatively reasonable in Marunouchi for a dinner.

・Spaghetti with Genovese sauce (Basil was too strong and I personally didn't like it very much.) ・Seafood short pasta with squid and scallops(Tasted good, but not so many ingredients were included.)
・Charcoal-roasted pork (very tasty with a lot of fat. However, it was huge. The less fatty part has a stronger char-grilled flavor and a different taste. Personally, I preferred the less fatty part, where you can feel the char-grilled flavor.) ・Josper Grilled Sea Bream (very tasty with fluffy white meat. Josper is a charcoal kiln made in Spain, and it is said that they are like masters in the charcoal-grilled world.) The pasta was tasty but what was extremely dissatisfying was the amount of main dish. The pasta was extremely small and not up to the price and standard Tokyo restaurant lunch set quantity. The more disappointing part was that the pasta said roasted chicken in it and I probably would have required a microscope to find one which is very bad.
