Our day started early with a 4 AM pick-up from our hotel, but every moment of the adventure that followed made it more than worth it. The journey to the launch site was an experience in itself—a car ride, followed by a serene boat trip across the Nile, and another drive to a vast parking area where over 20 hot air balloons were being prepared for takeoff.
Our host, Mahmoud, was fantastic. He kept us informed every step of the way and made sure we felt comfortable and ready for the adventure ahead. Upon arrival, we decided to have some professional photos and videos taken by a young and energetic camera team on site—something we’re so glad we did as they captured moments we’ll cherish forever.
As the sky began to lighten with the first hints of sunrise, excitement filled the air. Watching the balloon slowly inflate as the crew expertly filled it with air was mesmerizing. Before we knew it, we were climbing into the basket, and moments later, we were airborne.
What we saw is almost impossible to put into words. The panoramic view of Luxor, the majestic Nile, and the iconic sites like the Valley of the Kings and the Hatshepsut Temple were absolutely breathtaking. The pilot shared that we reached a height of 92 meters above the ground at our highest point, making us the tallest balloon in the group for a time. It was exhilarating!
The weather couldn’t have been better—calm and clear, with no wind to disturb the ride. Our landing was incredibly smooth, and the ground crew was already waiting with mini-vans to take us back. After another boat ride across the Nile and a taxi to our hotel, we were ready for a well-earned breakfast and spent the morning reflecting on the incredible adventure we had just experienced.
I couldn’t be happier that I decided to do this. If you’re visiting Luxor, a hot air balloon ride is an absolute must—it’s a memory that will stay with...
Read moreI was defrauded of 180,000 yen by the tour guide from this company. Later in my trip, he introduced me to cheap local tours and had a great experience. And I thought we established a good relationship. Suddenly, one Friday, he messaged me asking if I had heard of a Japanese health supplement. He also told me that a friend knew an agent who could sell it to him at a low price, but they couldn't accept overseas transfers. He asked if I could advance the money and transfer it to my account. I felt a bit uneasy at the time, so I told him it was okay, but he had to transfer the money to my bank first. I sent him my bank account information and received a screenshot of his successful transfer. I also received a P4 bank transfer notification stating that it would take 3-7 business days for the transfer to arrive. I told him I'd transfer the money once the money arrived, but he told me it was his boss's birthday and he wanted to use it as a gift for him. If I bought it after the money arrived, it wouldn't be in time for his birthday. Plus, the transfer was made to a Japanese bank account. Thinking it wouldn't be a problem, I transferred the money to the account he'd given me. Now, considering he chose Friday, I couldn't confirm it with the bank the following business day. After waiting six business days and still not receiving the transfer, I felt very uneasy. I called the bank and was told that the account hadn't received any transfers. When I contacted him again, I found that I'd been blocked. I wrote to advise do not trust anyone in Egypt. They are all liars even they don’t looked so.
add I just heard from someone work in this company that this guide is the leader of this company, please be careful of this company. they might be collection of poems. And I am sure he will cheat other...

As you mentioned your practice was very similar to airline or train tickets, you missed one important point that they accept refund requests for those failures of attendances due to force majeure or any unexpected accidents. My illness pertains to above conditions and can provide evidence, which you did not even ask.
I was not informed of your cancellation policy, neither before nor after payment. Up until I was told No to my request refund when someone mentioned its existence. Btw, it is not 24 hours free cancellation as you said below compared to what you said to me through whatsup.
I totally understand your eagerness to maintain your public impression. Instead of nice words, it is always better do than say.

I travelled to Luxor alone and have been dreaming of taking balloon for a month.
The day before I got a serious food poison, vomiting and having diarrhea from midnight to wee hours. I contacted them at 2:31 am asking for a cancellation as I could not even stand up. They refused my refund request saying I made cancellation within 3 hours before flight and this was a loss to them.
I was not able to predict I would have a food poison and became too weak to move. I contacted you right after I could reached to my phone. I did not ask for a full refund but partial. I do not see any irrational reasons here and do not understand which point violates your company policy. You do not care about customers’ health but only “the ballon was missing your place cannot compensate it in the morning”, aka money.
1 star as I could not rate nil. Very disappointed and you are...
