We have been travelling through North Egypt for 3 weeks now and were in dire need of some food that felt familiar! This restaurant had great reviews, so we decided to test it out. We were NOT disappointed! Pizzas were fresh baked, with fresh crispy crust and tasty toppings. We tried one with chicken and one Egyptian salami as well as a bottle of wine (have to buy by the bottle, but it was only 200 Egyptian pounds which is very cheap, and wine was not bad).
Atmosphere - 5/5 Small restaurant furnished with middle-class Italian fare. We ate early so hardly any other patrons in the restaurant.
Food quality - 5/5 We are from Canada, and I still would have given this a 5/5 rating for a pizza at home. Nothing better than a crispy thin fresh crust with fresh toppings. And the price was unbelievable!
Service - 5/5 Our waiter was fantastic and very happy. Took our order as soon as we put our menus down. Also, he told me where I could find a liquor store to buy wine, beer and liquor as it is very expensive on all the resorts!
Bang for your buck - 5/5 SOOO cheap for such delicious food. 60 Egyptian pounds was the average cost of a pizza which is crazy. They also have a number of pasta and main dishes to pick from as well if you do not feel like pizza
English Language - 5/5 Helped with everything and got a cab for us to make sure that it would take us right back...

The pictures of Rome makes me feel back in Rome again.
Now about the food; Italian food is simple, but so tastefull. My and I are in love with the food eventhough our background is Indonesian (a lot of herbs and stuff).
We ordered the following: Tomato soup, Bruchetta, Pizza Margarita and Spaghetti A la Pesto.
All simple ones and easily to screw up. Lets start with the soup, creamy and so good: 10/10. The Bruchetta was like a pizza and really intens the taste. Good balance between tomato's and garlic: 10/10. The Pizza Margerita was missing some oregano for the perfection. The best one we had in Egypt though. The dough was really good: 7/10. Spaghetti a la Pesto was really creamy and a little bit more sweet than we used to have. The balance was refreshing: 10/10.
If we visit Luxor again, we will go here. This is a big...
