old school mall that is very crowded with locals, they have cinema on the top floor and there's also arcade in the building. A lot of eatery place there. There's famous roti cobra (which is banjir roti canai indian style topped with fried egg with runny egg yolk with lamb curry or chicken curry at side) serve at the lowest floor of the building. There's tons of saloon around the mall too. There's also grocery selling lots of local food and speciality i.e. coffee, fish cracker, fruits, vegetables (fern like) , ice- cream, yogurt, snacks, biscuit, instant noodles, sabah mountain rice, musang king ice-cream , sauces, chilli sauce, condiments, laksa packaged, chips , local coconut spread and etc. Weekend tends to be very crowded with young people too. Mungkin silap sya juga tidak servay pikir dalam2 sebelum buat keputusan utk membeli disini. Tp saya mau buat review juga sbb hak saya sebagai customer, saya memang tidak recommend family/friends saya beli di branch ini. Saya selalu dengar DOSS ni bagus, berkualiti dan quite affordable, but ππ» sebab 1. customer service sangat "meh" mungkin sbb tiada komisen sales saya pun x pasti. 10 kali ya sya panggil "hello" "hai excuse me" luas tu doss saturang pun teda yg datang assist saya mau cari dress yg di patung display. So saya jalan pigi depan2 staff tu baru saya cop. Itu pun dia jawab sambil "shh shh" staff yg dekat saya "customer mau dress di payung" Lahh ripanya ada pula kau disana?? dari tadi saya panggil2 tiada kau yg datang/menyahut. Buat apa lah bediri ja nda assit customer? kalau sy tau sya cari sendiri dress saya bagus sya kerja sana kan? kedua salah ka sya tanya kalau doss ada buat sales untuk sandal? sya tanya bagus2 "skrg ada sales untuk kasut ka?" sudalah tidak menjawab kena geleng ja terus ada side eyes lagi? kalau bos sya ni mmg kena fired suda sya kalau buat customer bgini. sya pun customer service field juga ya. ketiga mau try on dress pun tidak boleh. Ok ndapa faham mungkin hygine purpose, dan sya pun decide utk beli ja tu dress. Sya memang noticed suda benang di leher tu keluar2 bah tapi sya masih mau tu dress sbb sya desperate untuk event. Bila sya bayar cashier tu tiada bagi receipt ya. Sya memang hairan sudah tp sya mau cepat keluar dari tu kedai makin gila sya rasa kalau lama2 disini. Suda sya keluar sya cuba tarik2 samada dia stretchy or not, I made my mind ya saya tidak muat ni. So sya pusing kedai balik x sampaj 2mins tu sya datang minta refund kalau boleh. Adei staff tu bilang ada kesan makeup lah, leher punya benang lain sudah lah. I said mmg itu lah condition dia sya beli 2minit lalu dan dya tiada try on tu dress pun. Dia minta receipt saya ckp sya tiada terima receipt. Staff tu pun buat muka hairan la bingung la mcm mustahil konon sya tiada receipt. "2 mins ago??" dorang bilang. I said "Ya you can check cctv if i receive resit or not. Then dorang suruh saya tukar item jak. sya fade up sya bilang tapayah la. Malas sdh saya kasi panjang2 masa di sana bagus saya balik ja. So kesimpulan dia cari orang yg betul2 mau kerja dan DOSS CP please check your item defects. Buruk gila tu benang tapi RM40???? dei. teruk betul

Although this shopping mall is quite old,it is still one of the main attractions for shoppers in KK. I can see why. A bit crowded. There are a lot of shops that sell a lot of products such as fashion (a lot), toys and game stores, hand phones, and many more.almost anything you can find here.Flagship stores also opened here such as servay,mr diy and some more. Food offers a lot of options such as CP food court and even for franchises such as sushi king,Thaam, kfc etc. A small food kiosk is also available.For entertainment, cinemax is also available here. Facilities are also ok in terms of number lifts however a little bit confusing between mall storeys and parking. Lack of bench is also the main problem.
