The Chagee app and its notification system require improvement, particularly for managing high-demand events. During the 7th Anniversary promotion, server overloads resulted in excessive order volumes that exceeded shop capacity, leading to operational inefficiencies and an inability to handle the surge effectively.

The notification system sent out “order complete” messages prematurely, leading to significant miscommunication during today’s operations. This issue highlights the need for better synchronization between the app’s notification system and actual order statuses to avoid confusion.

The orders were severely backlogged. Imagine my surprise when I arrive at their shop at 3pm and they said they are still doing 10am orders. My orders were pushed until 10pm for collection. I also being told the shop will only close into the late night until the last order is fulfilled.

Fortunately I was able to ask for refund albeit it is only offered upon request and in kind only (refund is not processed as of date).

I do hope these issues can be addressed and the system should implement a stop order function once capacity is reached to prevent overloading and avoid misleading customers. This will help manage expectations and improve the overall...

Just now I drop by, as a FIRST TIME customer. Unfortunately the service was SUCK. Here is what happened.

I come here to purchase the 15% off as my 1st purchase. As a first time customer I don't know what's the drill here.. the staff with their SOUR FACE serving me just barely.. didn't even told me that I have to order from WhatsApp if I want to get the 15% off.. but she already take my order and ask me to pay full amount. (No 15% off) I was expecting the 15% off TBH.

To add more to my disappointment, they don't even accept payment via card. I must pay with cash or TnG.

I would really appreciate if the staff would be so KIND and guide me as 1st time customer. Not everyone know what to do to get their 15% off first time purchase...
