Called them at 10.50am and asked them whether need to make appointment or not. They said no need appointment and just walk in will do. When I came, they refused to open the door and I waited about 15 minutes at the corridor. At the time they let me in, they asked me to go home and wait probably 2 hours until they call me. About 12.40pm, they called me and asked me to come over. I need to drive about 15 minutes to the place and when I came, the receptionist said there are few people inside and asked me to wait for their call again, roughly need to wait about 1 hour. Finally at 1.30pm they called me again but my dog was too ill to wait. My dog had bleeding wound. We finally found somewhere nearer, fast and efficient than this place. It is wasting time and fuel for back and forth to this place without treating my dog and refuse to let me in. It is totally rude for letting customer wait so long at the corridor without proper...
Read moreI have given this clinic many chances simply because it is very close to my home. However, whether it was for a cold or a skin condition, my cat has never been successfully treated at this clinic. Last week, one of my cats contracted a virus. On Tuesday, when we brought the cat in, it was still able to move and walk. The diagnosis suggested that it had eaten something wrong and might have an object in its stomach. The vet said that once the fever subsided, surgery would be needed to remove the object. Thus, my cat was admitted. By Friday, when we visited, my cat was so weak that it couldn’t even lift or turn its head. Suddenly, the doctor claimed it wasn’t an object but a virus, with only a 50/50 chance of recovery. I was shocked—had no treatment or further tests been done during these days my cat was hospitalized? How could the diagnosis change so drastically after three days? This is extremely...
Read moreI brought my elderly, sick dog to the clinic near closing time (around 5 PM, within their posted 6 PM operating hours), only to be told the vet had already left. The staff informed me that the late hour was only for retail purchases—this should be clearly stated online to avoid misleading pet owners in need.
When I requested pain relief for my senior dog, I was denied due to potential side effects (which I understand). However, their only solution was to tell me to return the next morning and queue—with no guarantee my dog could even be seen by a vet. For a pet in obvious discomfort, this lack of urgency or backup plan was unacceptable.
This clinic used to be my go-to for years—I genuinely loved their care and trusted them with my pets. But recently, the service has declined to the point where I’ve had to switch vets for my cats, and now, after my dog’s experience, I’ll be moving...
