The congestion while entering the parking for long time is caused by exiting vehicles moving slow in the way due to... the congestion at the entrance, that is the congestion YOU yourself exacerbated unintentionally. It is like the arcade Snake game where the snake eats its tail.

I hope management can do something about this jam-ception like sending someone to control traffic outside, not inside.

Cashless parking normally includes e-wallet credit transfer. "Cashless Payment" with only TnG and bank cards is like "Cash Payment" that accepts notes but not coins. More and more parking facilities allow entry even when user taps with TnG card less than minimum balance, some integrates TnG ewallet.

Signage on the ceiling is kinda lacking in chronology. I walked out to the mall from Parking, trying to locate "Toilets" direction with the ceiling signage. NONE.

I proceeded to next floor, the signage points "Washroom" at one end and when I reached the signage, no further signage to point, and as I turned back, I saw another signage pointing to exact opposite, that was my starting position in the floor. 😭😭

At around 3.05 pm I parked my in B2 & went to wait for the lift to take my for my appointment While waiting in front of the lift a Myanmar / Bangladeshi guard scolded me & walked off rudely as I was talking accusing me of not closing the door which was already open He was Extremely rude to a customer as he didn’t bother to listen to my explanation or answer & walked off as I was talking. Both conduct / treatment of a customer ‘becoming’? Is that how a customer of this mall treated? The management must do something and if you don’t then, one can conclude & arrive at many hypothesis. All customers are treated like so or only certain people Very Offended & highly displeased as I’ve never ever been treated in such a rude & humiliating manner. I shall henceforth be very cautious with the guards in this mall as I would not know when a repeat of this would occur. To me. This is a small mall but with many good shops. I gave 3-star average because this mall seem family orientated but the lift service are not coupe with demographic. All lift with signage please give priority for people with wheelchair, stroller, pregnant lady but it does not build the ramp for wheel. Only B1 Lift A entree are with the mini ramp, but when it go G there is stairs to enter shops which you have to go out and walk back in from another entrance door... sounds ridiculous.. wait until you really experience all the hiccup. Lift B only suit those without wheel access but because of logistic the way customer park, most go for Lift A (super small lift) Lift C (1normal size lift and 1 super small lift).
