Costa Mahkota Service Apartment — Attraction in Malacca

It’s clean and has nice ocean views between two buildings. But for a week stay a poorly equipped kitchen ( no glasses, no plates, no tea or hand towel and only 1 x cleaning cloth) ) it sleeps three ( with extra fold up matras) and has three towels only. The couch is very uncomfortable to sit on ( you can feel the base) and the fabric is very dirty ( covered it with my sarong) and no scatter pillows. Haven’t tried the tv yet but assume no problems. Great location! Just cross the highway there is a big fancy shopping centre with foodcourt and great supermarket! Few minutes walk… also walking distance to Jonker street, and other attractions ,all in all...

Old roo., to fetch the key if you're booked anywhere at block 4 to 7 it's a long walk to retrieve the key. If it rains, you got to wait a long time. The guards are not helpful at all, The deposit that has to be paid will only be refunded after 1 WEEK. Overall,not a pleasant experience, but travelling around...

The place was ok but can improve on cleanliness .Got 2 two rooms but only one got a functioning aircond.. housekeeping not done properly,got somebody's hair on the bed and dressing table.toilet floor are patchy,not cleaned properly. Bathtub got stain.. the swimming pool needed...
