ZUS Coffee - Dataran Sunway, Kota Damansara — Attraction in Petaling Jaya

Hello this morning I ordered Australian chocolate. As u can see in the picture.I even put on a sides notes mentioning again about no sugar and my topping coffee jelly, I wish happy working and hope they r fine.. but those kind words doesn’t affect any good service tht I hope. I make a reminder bcoz Ive go through you review on grab.. there are similar mistakes happened where missing this n tht. Missing topping. I wonder what happen to you morning staff. Are there lacking of staff in this outlet. How can such instruction can be missed out. First I pay for additional topping. I experienced this 2 times already and I ordered in the morning. Same thing happened. It was few months back but I was thinking the service will be getting better. I hope management will take an action on my reviews. I wouldn’t want to reviews all the good one only as u can see I can finish my drink bcoz I paid and the taste not bad..your morning srvice is something better check your staff. if I would say in a rude way “please don’t put your topping option at all” I have read the review a lot of people having same issue whereby they got missing their topping as well. Last time bought missing topping n taste totally out. Sorry I would not be here if...

I first saw zus coffee in the curve mall, where it's like a pop up store! Now I searched it a home delivery. Glad there is one near to Kota Damansara where I live. The packaging is lovely and very solid secured to prevent the coffee from spilling. Love the weitten design on the paper box. How about the coffee? Yes the ice Americano I ordered was decent enough! Smooth, yet strong! One funny thing I noticed was the paper-ish straw that I first thought a plastic made one, melted like a soggy stick after some amount of liquid absorbed so. But I can tell while I was sipping at the beginning, it was rock solid to enjoy the coffee. So better finish the coffee in no time or else before the ice starts melting, definitely not like me...

Came here in the morning for the coffee. My overall review of the place is ok. It wasn't too noisy if you want to have a quiet time relaxing. However, one thing I find very disappointing is the ice Americano that I ordered. The drink wasn't cold and it seems like the ice had mostly melted.

Even though it says it's a double shot drink, it really taste like coffee-flavoured water if you know what I mean, I guess it's because most of the ice had melted? I didn't try my usual like Ice Latte and Thunder so I have no comments on other drinks.

Overall, I think it's a ok place for coffee if you want to get your caffeine fixed. Will pay a visit the next time and see if the Americano drink is...
