A beautiful local beach, easily accessible by local public ferry if the budget is tight. A bit of a long walk from the ferry and frustrating that the section you are allowed to wear your bikini is right at the end of the long beach by a construction sight. However it is still beautiful and if you want to cover up to swim the rest of the beach is gorgeous with some lovely restaurants scattered all along the beach. We stayed at a beach hotel here after being at one of the island resorts and having to wait for a flight the next day. Very sad place to visit. There is garbage, litter and trash everywhere you look for the entire stretch of beach on this island. Everything is run down, half built and abandoned buildings everywhere. Very very sad for such a beautiful part...
