Red Snapper & Coffee Beans on the rooftop of Amber beach Hotel is a hidden gem! It’s private, quiet, and has the perfect cozy vibe for a romantic date or a relaxed hangout with friends. The setting is beautiful, surrounded by flowers and greenery, creating a peaceful atmosphere with a lovely view. We tried the Liquid Red Velvet Cold drink and absolutely loved the flavor, it was unique and delicious! That said, we did feel the portion was a bit small for the price, and we really hope they consider offering a larger size in the future. We also ordered the Chicken Teriyaki Sushi, and it was amazing—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Definitely one of our favorites! The service was okay, but a small improvement would make a big difference. Since the place is intimate, having bells or a simple way to call the waiters would be helpful and make the experience smoother. I was looking for a light lunch with fresh products. I found great food, a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere and the most lovely waiter, Rakib. The place was closed when I've arrived but the waiter allowed me to wait with no hassle at all at the table. I had the Nicosia salad and sushi with chicken teriyaki, mango sauce and vegetables. The fresh mango juice as beverage was just divine. I came back the morning after for breakfast and once again I was too early and the welcoming part was still there if not more. They offered me to have the buffer breakfast from the hotel or to wait just the time to get the menu ready. Lovely spot for meet up, cafe located by the beach, very quite even for Saturday, so very nice to chill and catching up with friends. Food is nice and very well presented, staff are very helpful and nice, the good thing is they don’t rush you to eat or order, you are in charged. I was served by Saiful, he recommended the butterscotch coffee, I really enjoyed it, next time I shall try the tiramisu coffee. Love the vibe, it is exactly what I am after, relaxing in my own time in my corner in an afternoon....
