This beach is a 10-15 minute walk from where the cruise ships boat you in. The water is clear and beach itself is clean, but amenities are limited to portable toilets. The only selling you have to endure is for umbrellas as you come in, but it's low pressure. Beware of setting up along the back near the rocks and wall because some people have used that a their personal urinal over time and it is apparent in the air when you're close to them. Closer to the water is great, though. There's not much going on in the water as far as rocks or coral, but there's puffer fish and other species swimming about, which was interesting enough. Right outside the beach on the left as you head back, there is a convenience store and an attached restaurant shack. They are both run by the same family. I highly recommend getting a drink and snack from the store and then having a meal at the restaurant. It was some of the most delicious and authentic Mexican food made by the family matriarch for a great price. Please tip them accordingly. It's a simple, clean, and free beach with clear, relatively calm water. Totally worth the walk and...

Playa el Chutaro is very quiet beach that has been “blue flagged” which means no vendors and parties- great for families or to just snorkel. Our son could play safely there and while no lifeguards, there are yellow markers to indicate the shallower water. Nice and close to our resort and didn’t have to walk through the marina. The only downside is despite garbage cans around, many choose to just leave their garbage on the beach! I shake my head at that and can’t understand why some people choose to destroy such a lovely...

This is the best beach anywhere in Cabo if you have kids. The water is always calm and very shallow for the kids and non swimmers. Along the rocks there are always plenty of fish if you like snorkeling or just use goggles. It is safe and clean. Usually occupied by 70% locals and 30% tourists. You usually can find someone there willing to rent you an umbrella for shade. If you get there early they have several Palapa available for free. We always visit this beach when we have friends or family come on our Cabo vacations....

A small, very clean beach easily accessible on foot from Cabo Marina. White sand beach😎😎😎. It’s one for locals, no tourist amenities but very pleasant. There’s security on patrol. People here are very friendly and well mannered. Bring water and your own beach paraphernalia. Pick up your litter and drop them at bins. Great swimming. For a shallow beach, there are many fishes especially by the rocks. Mid morning to early afternoon is the best time on weekdays.

Ie. Poor man's beach. Why, you ask? There isn't the capitalist party scene and preying vendors or tacky trashed tourists, like on Medano Beach. Towards the West; closer to the arches. Here you may find locals and thier families enjoying a day off. No military men or FBI female body inspectors ie. creeps. Wonder off to more private beaches like divorce beach along the way to the arch. Un adventura!
