only beer is included (no wine) too crowded you have to eat in your lap the show is really short and at the very end they spend a ton of time on strangers birthdays and anniversaries.
First of all, unless you upgrade to premium, they only offer you beer. I asked for wine (since Viator says it includes wine) and was told that it’s not included — even when I showed them my ticket that says it’s included. The guy I talked to kept telling me he’d check on it and never would come back. I didn’t even have water while trying to choke down dinner. He finally offered me a watered down cocktail but at that point the trip was just about over (he brought it to me at 7:35 and our trip was 6-8). Then he offered me a bottle of wine to take with me which was nice but kind of missed th point since I couldn’t drink it on board and the trip was over at that point (also it was a a bottle I’d bought at Costco for around $6 that he had tried to sell to me earlier for $75).
The food is okay, not great. There are WAY too many people on the boat and not enough seats. The show doesn’t really start until you’ve been on the boat for an hour and a half of a two hour boat ride and most of the time you’re just sitting in the same spot on the water. Half of the show was them bringing people up (who we didn’t know of course) who had birthdays or anniversaries and asking them questions (name, age, where are you from, etc) which we couldn’t really hear and was sooo boring. Once the show finally started it was over really quickly and we couldn’t see any of it because of where we were sitting. My daughter got up to try to see a couple of times and they kept asking her to sit down even though the reason she got up was that there was a big adult man standing up and blocking our view.
We definitely won’t do this again and won’t...

From the moment we set sail, it was clear we were in for a treat. The pirates aboard are nothing short of amazing, enchanting us with a show that was both thrilling and brilliantly executed. It's not just a tour; it's a swashbuckling adventure that captivates the imagination!
The entertainers were exceptional, ensuring everyone, from the youngest to the oldest, was hooked on the high seas excitement. The drinks were plentiful, keeping our spirits as high as the masts, and the photo opportunities were perfect for capturing memories that we'll treasure for a lifetime. When it came to dining, the food was a delightful treasure chest of flavors, very good indeed, adding to the overall pleasure of the journey.
The crew's talent was on full display as they navigated the waves of entertainment and engagement with ease, adeptly switching between Spanish and English, drawing everyone into the fun. Their ability to engage with the audience was remarkable, making each of us feel like part of the family.
I wholeheartedly recommend Tours to anyone looking for an adventure on the seas. It's a must-do if you're in the area. And should our tides bring us back to these shores, we'll don the pirate's hat once more without hesitation. A huge thank you to the entire team for their fantastic service and for making our experience truly...
Read moreMy family was booked on a Sunset Cruise at a discounted rate as an incentive to attend a time share presentation. We had requested a pirate cruise as we had children with us, but that is more of an issue with the timeshare company that did the booking than with Buccaneer Queen. Upon arrival, we could tell the cruise was more geared towards couples, or groups of adults versus a fun adventure for the kids. But wait! They could put us on another cruise for an additional $25 that would be more kid friendly. So we did that. But wait again! That cruise is about to depart and is going to be full. For $70 we could get priority boarding and seating. So we did that. Upon boarding the boat, it was exactly the same as the boat we just "upgraded" from and guess, what? Half empty. There was absolutely no reason to pay for VIP. At the end of the cruise, it was late and there was no one at the terminal to discuss the issue with. Ultimately, I ended up disputing the charge with my credit card. And it gets better, in response to the dispute, they provided AMEX with bogus receipts that show that we bought pirate souvenirs. $70 for a couple cheap pirate hats. So not only deceptive in charging "upgrade" fees, now credit card fraud. Hope the $70...
