Had this experience with my friends through Carnival cruises. I believe it was about $120 a person. A very fun experience, Alina was our group's guide and she was amazing. Very nice and engaging. Kept us on track and on time. She was great. The camel riding portion of the tour is only about 40min long. You are walked/lead on a nearby beach. Beautiful beach and ocean view. There was loud construction going on next to the beach, but overall enjoyable. Then we did the camel meet and greet. They take you 1 by 1 or with the group you're traveling with for photos with the camel. This was nice to be up close and hug a camel. For the people not taking the photos Alina told so many camel facts, very interesting. Then we took a short walk on a trail and Alina told us about different cactuses and vegetation which led us to where we'd eat our lunch. Alina made sure everyone's dietary restrictions were met and people were informed of what they couldn't eat. The food was good and fresh. Alina did a demo on how to make corn tortillas and walked us through shots of tequila and mescal. Everything was so much fun. My BIGGEST gripe is that we weren't allowed to take photos 80% of the time. We couldn't have our cameras on the camels and were told not to use our phones while on them. Their excuse was that it would fall and they couldn't get them. However, we were on a controlled piece of beach and had multiple people walking along the camels...so made no sense that no one could grab a phone/camera if it fell. Then with the meet and greet, again signs up saying no pictures allowed. They monopolized camel pictures. They had people with professional cameras taking photos during the camel time. After the meet and greet and walk they let us look at the pictures they took. Unfortunately out of all the pictures they took there was only 2 or 3 of me that were any good. I wanted to just get 1....well the cost for 1 picture is $70. That is MORE THAN HALF THE PRICE of the whole experience. I think to buy all the pictures taken it was $100 or $120 but like I said I only have about 2 or 3 good images of myself so why would I get everything? This was a massive let down and I know about 5 other people in my group who also didn't get pictures because it was too expensive especially for the quality. I would really rather this tour a 3.5, but for Alina I rounded up because she...
Read moreOur family enjoyed Cabo's adventures, although we found the UTV experience to be a bit expensive. We booked two experiences: sailing and the UTV ride.
The sailing experience was our favorite and the top-rated experience we've ever had! It was fairly priced and perfect in every way.
The UTV experience was great as well. We enjoyed it to the fullest with my family of four (kids aged 8 and 10). It was a great ride, advertised as a 3-hour experience. However, we only rode for 1.5 hours. After the ride, they gave us some food at the restaurant, we tip the guy ant the buffet , then we paid and tip the bartender for our drink. We got 3 shots , that was part of the ticket provided a tequila tasting( us 2 adults only!)Then, they took us to choose the pictures, which were more expensive than the sailing ones. We paid $540 for the 3-hour UTV ride. Plus all the fees that are mandatory at the park! Don’t be surprised!! Read more … 😢
Once we arrived at the park (we decided to drive our own rental car so we could also visit Todos Santos, where Hotel California is located), we had to pay an additional entrance fee of $25 per person. On top of that, we had to buy insurance for each vehicle, which was $45 per vehicle. We had two vehicles, one adult with one child in each. At this point, we had paid $540 for the tickets, $100 for the park entrance, $90 for the insurance, and $150 for the digital photos( I negotiated a lot with these guys ), totaling $880.
The last part was the cherry on the cake. We gave the tour guide( Juan )a $20 ( dollars )tip, and he was very upset. He was not happy the entire trip and kept telling us that we were lucky to have him as a guide since he was giving us the best tour. He told us that the tip was disrespectful because he had taken us on the best road. He was so mad and upset that he made our experience the worst. We felt horrible and in disbelief. That was the only cash we had left, and we felt that the trip had already cost us close to $900 for just a couple of hours. This tour guy was the only rude guy we’ve ever had with this company! We’ve used them a lot and never had this issue !

Read moreWe booked the Outdoor Adventure (included zipline and UTVs) and we absolutely loved it. Shortly after booking it, we received an email confirming the transportation arrangements. We also received a text the day before reminding us when to be ready at our resort entrance.
The shuttle arrived 15 minutes late. I called Cabo Adventures after 10ish minutes, and they must be able to track their shuttles, because they confirmed the driver was 3 minutes away.
Upon arrival, the staff and guides greeted us. They were professional and highly focused on safety, but they were also very funny and entertaining throughout the entire experience.
The experience was 100% worth the price. It felt like it never ended, which was great because we were having so much fun. It was tiring and hot (end of May, in the middle of the desert), but they had multiple water stations throughout. The UTVs were a lot of fun: it felt like the UTV part went quick, and it was very dusty, but the track was winding and bumpy and the UTVs were pretty fast, so it was cool. My wife’s favorite part was the bungee swing. I had never done that before, so the initial drop was scary, but it was awesome - I’m glad I did it.
After the Superman zipline, they gave us tequila tastings. I was hesitant at first because I thought any tequila shots would come right back up given we were just in the heat for a few hours and did quite a bit of hiking. However, they gave us specific directions for how to take them, and they were smooth.
Since you’re not allowed to bring cameras or phones, they had a cameraman take pictures throughout. The photo packages were a bit pricey, but they were great photos, so we purchased a package.
If we come back to Cabo, I’m definitely doing the Outdoor...
