THIS BEACH IS CURRENTLY CLOSED 6/5/21. After reading a good review about snorkeling at this beach, my wife and I drove all the way over from San Jose Del Cabo to visit this specific beach. We had three vendors tell us that it was closed as we were carrying our snorkel equipment to the beach, but I wanted to see for myself, and after making the trek over there, unfortunately we found out it was closed. The beach claims to be closed for COVID reasons. The parking attendant told us that earlier there were so many people trying to access the Lands End area via this point (vs. taking a water taxi) that the local officials chose to shut it down. The review requires me to give a rating. I am rating it three out of five stars only because it was disappointing to do so much work to try to access this beach, only to find out that we couldn’t. For all I know, it could be a five...

This is a great beach! As a local beach, you definitely have the opportunity to not feel like a tourist. There were donuts and tómales to buy, which were authentic. The cliffs also block the sun by 3pm so that’s good to know. I would totally recommend walking a while and even crossing the water to go to the more secluded part of the beach (you have to go by the waste-deep water or climb the rocks (a seemingly challenging climb) , but it is definitely a challenge to get there. We felt safe enough leaving our things and snorkeling in the water for 50+ minutes. By the rocks is better! Bring some tequila and have great time, just...

Good beach! Get off the boat, head towards the Oxxo convenience store, grab some drinks and snacks. Then walk over to the beach. Have $15-$20 in cash so you can rent a shade umbrella for the day.

The beach is great, calm water with a few fun waves from passing boats. The whole area is roped off for swimming. The water in the deepest part is about 25'. It's a gradual slope down from the shore. Nice, clean sand. No rocks! Great spot for families. Enjoy!

Be respectful and clean up after yourself. This beach is clean, help keep...

While walking around the harbor for a place to snorkel and get cool, we stumbled across this great locals beach. Immediately we could tell the difference between the insistence of the vendors at the harbor and on the beach. We walked to the quiet end of the beach and set down our towels near a beautiful small family and felt safe and secure enough to both go snorkeling. Being a cooler and some beverages and food because you’re not going to want to leave!

Beautiful beach. But still currently CLOSED as of 23 AUGUST 2021. This would be a great spot for the sunrise. (Which you can still see if you walk around the road block and head to the (cell phone?) tower. Lifeguard shack … and straw umbrella/beach huts (palapas) make for a pretty scenic view.
