We’ve come here on two separate occasions and have not been disappointed. The weather was great on both days. One particular day was a holiday with high traffic, which the tables were removed in anticipation of the high foot traffic. But even with that, our visit was still impressive. We definitely make this a tour stop with friends or family who come to visit. Don’t be disheartened if you show up and there is a long line. The staff moves very quickly to accommodate you on a quick moving tour. Staff is great about answering questions. Before you buy tickets the entrance has several glass photos of other skyscrapers from around the world with details explaining when they were built and their height in comparison. According to Wikipedia: A sky scraper located in the heart of the central historic district with 182 meters tall. It is an emblematic and much preferred building by tourists and travelers. You will fall in love with Mexico City. "Rascacielos ubicado en el corazón de centro histórico con 182 metros de altura, es el edificio más emblemático y preferido por los turistas nacionales y extranjeros. ¡Te enamoramos profundamente de la Ciudad de México!"

Great view of the city, amazing 360 degree lookout point. The main elevator takes you to the lower observation deck, nice place for a coffee at the cafe with an amazing view. Pro tip...... take the stairs to get to the other observation decks ( top 3 floors) the elevators going from the main deck (think it was floor 41) to the upper floors is small, slow, and had a huge line. Some exercise is always good anyways 😉 We had a drink at the restaurant (floor 43??) Then it was off to the top and the outdoor observation spot (again via stairs- waiting for an elevator es no bueno) Top floor observation deck is very nice with plenty of area to sit and relax and enjoy the entire view of the Valley. For me, the museum was well worth the additional cost. I think it was an additional 20 pesos for the upgraded wristband that allowed access. It is so cool to see the history of the building, the when/why/how of its construction. Lots of neat old photos of Mexico City and historical areas. Next trip to CDMX, I will be visiting again for a cheap and relaxing view from above the city.

The view was fantastic though a little overpriced compared to other attractions close by. The 37th floor is free if you wanna take pictures then leave but it is extremely stuffy and the windows aren't that clean so bare with it. It is NOT bad at all though and I still recommend it. Tips: - You can get a very similar view for free by just going to the cafe on the 37th floor (where the mirador experience starts and finishes on floor 44). - you can take the stairs from floor 37 to floor 44 if the queue for the lift is very long - Ticket includes a visit to the museum on floor 38; make sure you don’t accidentally miss it (like we did) because this isn’t an indicated stop in the lift. - the 37th windows have less frames so the pics were nicer. Cons: - expensive at 180 pesos - you queue to buy a ticket, queue on floor 37 to get the lift to floor 44 and queue again to get the lift back down! This was on a Sunday at 6 pm. - no Aircon and it gets very hot with all the windows

Great to visit during the day but crowded and poor service at night. We wanted to treat ourselves to a cocktail at dusk in the bar but the only seat available was behind the digital clock! (see photo for our “spectacular” view!). When another table became available, we asked if we could move but was refused because “other customers are waiting” – why couldn’t they have our rubbish table instead? Upset by how we were treated on what was supposed to be a special occasion, I didn’t feel it was deserving of a tip but the waitress would not let us leave until we tipped “at least” 10%, stating that’s what all other customers did, despite my complaint about how we’d been treated. I can only assume they think that foreign tourists aren’t worth getting decent customer service as they’re unlikely to get repeat trade from us anyway.

If you're around and have a couple bucks to spend and like "views" then yes, definitely check it out. You got to take 2 elevators up to the top, where then you have to climb two flights of stairs to get to the exterior observation deck. Within the lobbies of the first and second stops to get to the top are kind of hot, there's no AC or anything so that's kind of uncomfortable. But once your at the very top, you're greeted with a freshness and nice breeze from the world. You have amazing views in all four directions which makes for great panorama pictures or pictures in general, although there is a pesky fence obstructing your view for obvious safety reasons. Overall cool spot to check out if you're around

Before I get to the review see the notes! 1. Take the elevator to the 37th floor and look around. 2. There is a second elevator that takes you higher! Its not obvious or pointed out to you. Don't miss it!! 3. If you are vacationing, I recommend going at the end if your trip, it's fun to play where's Waldo with all the sights you visited during your trip. ::Review:: The view was fantastic though a little overpriced compared to other attractions close by. The 37th floor is extremely stuffy and the windows aren't that clean so bare with it. It is NOT bad at all though and I still recommend it.
