I was surprised to encounter a new security staff member who requested a reservation confirmation, despite being a regular customer. I explained that I had visited the club numerous times before, but it seemed to have no effect on his decision. Despite having a friend inside who had booked a table, the security personnel insisted that I contact my friend to come outside and verify my identity.

The Poker floor is very bad and there are even a scam. There are no international standards.

Cashgame smallest limit 25/50 Rake 5% cap 600mad (highest rake I ever saw)

there is rake back. But it is a scam. For this they take an extra rake (so it is no rakeback) and this extra rake is higher then the rake back

so overall the the true rake is much higher then 5%

-they take also preflop rake never see that before

the floormen is every time buss and have no time to answer question or to listen in case there are some real problems

all the other personal can't answer simple question about structure and so

Price for food is very very expensive 210 Mad for a simple Burger

there are a lot mistakes at the table and floor manage can't manage it

and of course smoking aloud so bad air.. Can't play longer then 5hours. Bad for tournament players

Overall really no international standard. Unbelievable that there is a big international tournament series (Wsop)... Tells a lot about this series too...
