Be warned, expect unnecessary delays and long wait times. Gave up at the 9th hole after 4 hours “playing”.
After three similar experiences and watching others walk off, this review was overdue.
“We can’t do anything about peoples skills” This was the staff’s response to asking for a marshall to come on to the course and see the problems.
“Owners won’t allow us to do that” This was the response to suggesting adding a few minutes extra between booking times.
Even while a majority play only 9 holes and the tee times were 15mins behind, they refused to let any 9 hole players start on the 10th. We could see the back nine was half as busy during our front nine.
Players ahead of us called asking for someone to help move along players, they to gave up and walked off after being told they “didn’t have time to go check”.
Sure, it’s a public course and everyone is learning, but where there are no rules being applied, people don’t know to give up finding a ball after 5 minutes or have a drink and chat after putting….just a few examples.
Such easy fixes, sadly profit over customers.

Read moreThe golf facility in Auckland is outstanding overall, with particular praise for its automated driving range system. Even beginners can easily navigate it by simply creating a card and depositing balls onto it.
One of the greatest perks is the flexibility to hit as many balls as desired. For instance, starting with 100 balls, if you decide to stop after hitting 77, the remaining balls are promptly saved back onto your card - a feature I find incredibly convenient.
Additionally, the system automatically delivers the balls to your hitting ground, minimizing the need for manual setup. The facility is consistently well-maintained and while reservations aren't accepted for the driving range, finding an available spot upon arrival is typically manageable.
Although there are two stories, practicing drive clubs upstairs isn't permitted.
You can also practice your putting skill at the outside ground of this place.
As a newcomer to golf, I can't offer extensive insight, but I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to refine...
Read moreThere must be new owners / lessees of the driving range, as their attitude now towards customers is poor. It seems they are only interested in the money you bring in. The woman on the front desk is particularly sour and rude. I had a 100 ball gift voucher, of which I wanted to use half on one visit and the other 50 later. This has not been a problem previously, but this woman would not do it, as "different price". I argued the point and, with a man intervening, I was allowed to do it. But their attitude was not customer friendly. Where on a voucher does it state it must be used in one visit? The other concern I have is the time limit on vouchers. This again is not a good idea - check with "Consumer" magazine to see most retailers now have no time limit on vouchers. I will avoid this driving range in future - I hope nobody gifts me vouchers from this place! Perhaps Koreans at this place need to learn how to deal respectfully with...
