Customer service is poor. Even though their system in the one in fault, they let me call first to ask for updates for the concern I have because of their system error in payment. The staff are not very accommodating to resolve the problem and dot put stress urgency to finally resolve the case specially the amount of money included. They don’t even bother to explain things to you, they mumble to each other but not sharing details with me on the steps they are taking to resolve the problem. They just told me that I cannot take the appliance that I bought because there are no transaction slip printed out and no sales invoice, that I needed to wait until it is confirm on their accounting dept. Now it’s been 5 days and called them every time but up till now they could not resolve it still, and want me to wait more days, even though I called my bank already to confirm that the transaction has been made with them they just need to reverse it or accept it on their side. It’s understandable that they need to confirm on their side, but the problem is their attitude in not being able to resolve it right away and not being able to assure the customer that they are doing their job to resolve it, they don’t even bother to give you a simple text about the processing on their end, but they don’t. The television was great, and I had a great experience with it, especially since it is a Google TV. However, the OLED display got pixel burn, and this is when Sony customer service came in handy. They helped us to replace the unit since the parts aren’t available with the newer version, Bravia 8 K-55XR80, with a price value of ₱131,299, and even delivered the unit to our house. Horrible customer service.
Waited two hours to release the replacement unit for the defective refrigerator we bought. Manager in the area is just strolling mindlessly despite me approaching their desk several times.
As for the defective refrigerator, it was only resolved after two months of endless follow ups. The hassle of coordinating with them is the worst. They would stop responding/replying to calls and chats for days. Imagine the hassle of paying for something and not be able to use it for TWO...
