Sumo Niku — Attraction in Angeles

Well, we really love sumo niku and whenever we look for samgyup in our area we always consider first sumo niku.

But yesterday, for the first time I felt very iritated and almost become an irate on the services that they gave to us.

Every time we visit your branch we always experience the following:

(1) They dont have lettuce. (2) some of the meat are not available and also some of the side dishes. (3) you have enough workers, but we still experience poor services. (4) they dont even inform us on what we need to do. I mean, we've been waiting like a few minutes. They will just give you your seats then leave you without informing you that you need to write down first before you can order. And also they wont even serve you water. Common stuff for services. (5) I understand there are lot of customers but refill for soup took 15-20 minutes? If that is the standard time they should inform us.

One of the worst part, while we are eating, there is a worm in our table, I believed it has a size of 3-5cm and we are not sure if it came from the food or in the utensil. Well, if you ask me I know that you know that this could be a serious matter.

Anw, I hope you can fix this issues and improve your services. If your workers are tired, well, I havent slept for like 17 hours due to my work also, I was looking forward yesterday for a good food unfortunately, I just felt bad for everything.

For the employees of sumo niku, I hope you wont take this review personal but instead, use it to improve the services cos once again, this is not the first...

never again 👎 I recommend spending your 550Php ($9.5) elsewhere. Better to eat at a street samgyupsal worth less than $5 but you get what you pay for. Sumo Niku Customer Service sucks – I haven't experienced something this BAD before. When we entered the place - mind you, we weren't accompanied which table we were going to be seated - we were greeted w/ 2 waiters who were ARGUING. Awkward but we just sat on the clean table assuming that was it - luckily we were right. I also noticed the saucers were oily - i thought it was used by the diners before us since it's DIRTY.. We were waiting for a few minutes no one was approaching us we have NO IDEA what to do – we do not eat at this type of dining (like samgyupsal) often so we were clueless. I figured there were forms on the side of the table which is were u list down your order. So we did. We gave the paper to whoever saw it and went to get our meats.. we didn't know that side dishes are to be listed as well but were on a diff paper. So we looked stupid waiting for it. Even waited several minutes for our WATER. Our grill had a wax paper and we removed it when our meats arrived. Some guy (head waiter i think) went to our table and asked why we removed the wax paper. I told him no one told us not to remove it so we didnt know. We just put it back on. Majority of the time the waiters IGNORED US. They either ignored us or look like absolute fools not knowing what to answer when I asked questions.. This eat-all-u-can is "pang-masa" so be warned if you want your money's worth better to eat...

Yesterday i had dinner in Sumo Niku which is in Sm clark with my friends.

They told us that we can order food until 8:30pm.

We ordered food at 7 30pm. Nobody brought our order. So we ordered again after 20mins. And one server told us we can order until 8pm. They suddey changed last order time.

We ordered our food 8pm again. And nobody didnt bring our food again. So after 10mins we ordred again!. I just tried to understand like "maybe they are busy" but I saw some employees are dancing on the floor. They just forgot and didnt care our orders

Around 8:20pm we were still eating but one server gave us our 1098peso of receipt to pay. Cuz they will close? So i paid 1.1kpeso And they didnt bring our changes 2peso. Eventhough its 2peso. Its our money. They just got it without our permission. And they didnt say anything when they got my money.

And we felt very uncomfortable and pressure! due to they were cleaning another table with soap while people are eating in Restaurant.

Around 8:50pm. One server told us they will close 9pm. So we just left the restaruant. And nobody said Thank you! Or greeting.
