11AM and they still didn't have the Tre sized cups for iced tea forcing me to order a different drink. A few minutes later they jave the Tre sized cups. Their utensils were spotted with soap scum spots which is an indication that they either don't maintain their dishwasher properly or they do not use proper rinsing aid like citric acid in the final rinse. Unhygenic. They did not have proper tissues and gave me kitchen paper towels instead. They did not serve the pastry I ordered until I asked where it was. I asked for iced water in a mug but they offered me a tiny paper cup for the water but they had several mugs available on top of the espresso machibe. I asked them to use the mug but they said they were only for display. They food tray had stains which indicate that it was not cleaned properly. This donut house is always busy,there is always huge line up. I really loved their donuts especially Alcapone. For me it is not too sweets and theres a lot of option that makes it hard for you to choose! Haha!
