Jollibee has a great food. That's given. However, this is the worst branch among all the branches out there that I have to really make this review. The costumer service is awful, service is slow and some staff even ignored us. We waited for our take-out order for 40 mins since they said it would take 30 mins to prepare. When I approached them, told me drinks are not ready so I went back. 15 mins later, my other friend approached the staff again but was ignored and she was standing there for good 5 mins. When I joined in, our food is still not ready and the spaghetti is yet to be served. We were told to wait another 15 mins. It was a very bad experience we were very hungry at the time and it was my first time to be ignored as a costumer. I hope the staff could do something about this. Our food turned out soggy and cold. They took advantage of the Covid scare and refused to allow "Happyplus" cardholders to use money deposited on the cards for over 12 months. It was ROBBERY! The spaghetti or chicken are decent, but avoid the burgers as the meat is questionable. Good things about this restaurant chain is employees are usually nice and helpful and there is a sink to wash up which usually has soap and is clean. But when we followed up with our order, only then was it prepared and quick fast (which makes you question why did it take 1 hour to serve).
