Mang Inasal - Gaisano South Capital — Restaurant in Cebu City

What I am about to say is based on the entire restaurant chain. The food is good. That is if they ever have everything that's on the menu. I don't think I've ever walked into one of these restaurants and ordered what I wanted from the menu and got it. For some reason they are always out of something. They should take the menu down and just tell you what they have rather than you asking them for what you want and being told they don't have. 40minutes of waiting. Nobody mentioned i should wait, and after follow-up nobody seems care to explain. After another 15minutes still my order was not given. Also, manager didnt even apologized. Some costumers have their food with the same order even if they have just seated. Not recommended. Owner should train his/her crew....

I'm surprised...their pork sisig doesn't have any meat at all...more like square stuff meat like only and with bits of chicharon..and their regular chicken was really small like a drumstick... nag bayad na lang jud ka sa iyang flavor og pagka Mang inasal..not worth it na for the price...
