The complex is strategically located near malls and EDSA, and just 1 ride away from the city office. There are stores and service shops inside. Tight security. Facebook page for admin memos. However, parking slots are limited, and those lucky to have bought slots early on are out there hunting for the highest bidder. I must say some unit owners are simply not satisfied with how the Admin runs the complex and they are out there ranting on Facebook about everything there is to rant.
