Filinvest Corporate City — Attraction in Muntinlupa

Pedestrians are always ignored! I live in Filinvest Alabang, and while I understand that traffic lights are turned off during rush hours so traffic can be managed manually, it’s so frustrating that pedestrians are completely disregarded in the process.

The traffic enforcers almost always prioritize cars and give the “go” signal to vehicles even when pedestrians are already crossing. It’s stressful and unsafe, especially for residents who walk every day.

We like that this place is modern, clean and not as chaotic as Makati or Manila but still has all the amenities you will find in the bigger cities. There are malls nearby, like Festival Mall, Robinson's Mall and not too far is Alabang Town Centre. It has several 7 eleven stores as well, plus other dining options and where our hotel is located.
