MaxStays - Max Style @ The Parkside Villas — Hotel in Pasay

This unit was awful, very disappointing! Dirty sheets! Dirty bathroom! No hot water! No buckets! To get hot water for shower! No trash bags to replace trashcan ! Communication was zero! Broken light bulbs! Dusty! Very dusty. TV batteries needed to be replaced! Broken stove! Microwave was to high up and not reachable. Electric wires exposed! Balcony door would not lock! Left and called owner about my reservations and would not email me and lack of care for me was poor! This unit was not the same picture that was advertised! The pool was dirty and broken tiles were missing all over the floor of the pool. No chairs to sit outside by the pool. Reception workers didn't care at all. I would not recommend this place to anyone or ever go back to stay! So disappointed! So happy to leave this place! Tv shut off every 5 min. So annoying! I have pictures to share. Staff told me that many complaints were made from other people of this unit and owner not caring about your complaints. I'm happy I only stayed 2 days. I would of left sooner but they had my money by then. Couldn't get a refund. The pool is not heated! Dont...

I stayed at this hotel for one night only. It is very clean, very conveniently located to the airport and very friendly. I arrived quite late in the evening expecting to see a reception desk or something similar. Alas, there was none! Only a security guard sitting at a desk with a walkie talkie.||||When I nervously asked if I could check in (it just didn't seem right somehow - it didn't look or feel like a hotel), the guard summoned a very pleasant young lady named Bethel to help me. This was when the experience really got better. Bethel was VERY helpful and quickly arranged for me to access my room.||||The rooms are more like a mini apartment, but quite well appointed and very clean and comfortable. Each room has a small balcony, and a kitchen which is worthwhile if you are staying for longer as there is no restaurant or bar within the complex - you have to go to the Resorts World complex to access dining etc., however it is a short walk.||||Thanks Bethel for your commitment to...

Stayed in a maxstay for the first time. The service and condo did not disappoint. ||The room was nice and clean and came with everything I needed for a good stay (washing machine, kitchen appliances, fridge, etc.).||Started out a bit messy since I had to wait a long time to get the keys to my room, but the manager did more than her best to make up for that. She was very friendly and likeable, just like the rest of the staff.||The complex comes with quite some facilities as listed in the description.
