Shore 2 Residences, Tower 1 — Attraction in Pasay

You guys are full of restrictions, but when something goes wrong, you can't even solve it. I'm just telling you to have 24-hour admin. Your guest is checking out in 3 hours. They have a flight at 1 am, but you wouldn't let me in to help them pack because of your rules. They already paid for a 4-day stay, but because of your mismanagement, they only got to stay for 1 day and the hotel hasn't refunded them yet. Even a little consideration would be nice. Your guards are jerks. Don't offer 24-hour check-in and then have a host system if you're not going to be flexible. You let the guest bypass the system because they had a flight and needed someone in the room to help them pack, but you still wouldn't let me in because of your stupid rules. Even if the host emailed the admin, you wouldn't allow it because there's no admin. Have some consideration for the situation. I will never recommend this hotel. mostly condos being rented for short or long term stays, it was kind of a hassle checking in as the administration has no access on agoda booking or whatever booking you used and you have to wait for the unit's representative so they can accompany you, it happened on all three separate bookings and what's annoying was they took their time to answer their phone and you have to wait for them as well.

the last place we stayed was quite dirty too, comforters that i'm not sure if they were washed as it heavily smells like a woman's perfume, bedding with traces of i don't want to think about.

i hope people clean things out after every guest leaves. there was also this place in the lobby that has thick dust and i'm not sure what to say about it.

This is one great condominium to own. The place is conveniently located and very near MOA and other famous restaurants, office buildings and condominiums. I happen to have a client here referred by my niece. I will be installing mirrors, shower enclosure, and kitchen splash boards made of graphic graphicote or colored glass. The main lobby is centralised air-conditioning. You might feel you are in a 3 - to 5-star hotel when staying here. They have 2 pools in each tower, and you can find all sorts of restaurants and stores here. Each tower has an Alfa Mart convenience store and dozens of other stores and kiosks. They even have street foods available here. The foods here are very good and it just cost a bit expensive.
