Of course, this one is primarily aimed for the kids, and they will enjoy the place no matter what. It's a 10 star rating for them to be sure.

However, for this review, this is what you can basically expect: from start to finish, an endless array of photos and photos and photo shoots by their staff, and of course you do know that in the end, they will sell you these shots. In no way however are you obligated to purchase, and this happens in all theme parks too, but it's become such a scheme to get more money out of your pockets. And in each room you go into, the staff will ask to take a picture. (Each photo will cost Php250).

The Dessert Museum is a nice place. BUT it badly needs a refresh. It's so empty, the place just looks worn out too much, and I honestly wonder what kind of sanitation is being done. Not to say that the place is dirty, but it just looks really "laspag." Ventilation is good but the air-conditioning is not. Was sweating throughout. You do get a nice mini cup of ice cream but then again, it's too sweet that you will need some water (they can be purchased for Php50 a pop).

There's a big giant slide but no one can slide because it's more of just a decoration and another photo spot. One of the nicest part is the piñata room and that big bouncy area with the big aerobic balls. It's fun to blast your kids with the balls lol.

We didn't opt for the bakery thing so I can't comment on that but the kids inside do seem to be enjoying themselves.

Kids will definitely want to come back, but I do hope the owners take a look at the place and realize that it certainly needs a refresh. Staff are attentive, but do seemingly have a lot of free time on their hands.

Group of 3 adults + 2 toddlers (799 x5) + all the pictures (250 x10), cost was about Php 6,500 +. Oh, borrowing the locker costs an additional Php 50. (If you book online, think you get...

One star for the only staff who initiated taking picture of us, group shots on our phone without even asking. He gladly offers the opportunity and even teach us how to pose properly for better shot. The rest from banana room afterward, the staffs are impatient and when you ask them to take a picture through the phone, they will show their irritated face in front of us. It is so disappointing, even the photographers left us, not completing group shots per room. I will remember those photographers, that one guy who isn’t bald and the pregnant woman. So disappointing. Our stay was 2 hours, and their actions and attitudes are like telling the people to “hurry up, you guys are a waste of time because we can’t make money as photographers.”

It should be stated in the rules that phones are not allowed so that the attitudes of most staff will be prevented because it ruins the overall experience because come to think of it, we aren’t being forceful to those staffs. We were kindly asking and they accept the phones, however one can tell that they are irritated to you with their faces. Where is the professionalism? The staff who prints the photo acts very irritated too when we are choosing the best picture. It’s like taking away the rights of the customer when we paid 2k+ for this experience.

Very no no to this overpriced museum. You guys need a lot of improvement to do, starting with service. Will not recommend everyone I know from going to this museum. If the staffs are like that, they should just find another job that doesn’t require service and interaction with various of people.

We visited today (12/12/23) time around 5pm...

If you want to have a sweet experience THIS IS THE REVIEW FOR YOU.

ENTRANCE. 799/person is a bit too much for this place. On the videos we saw on TikTok this place looks really fun and seems like there's so much to do, Well, NO. You'll be paying 800 just for a couple of rooms.

PLACE. Place is not that hard to find. It's just 5-10mins walk from SM Seaside.

FREE DESSERT. For how expensive the payment is, FREE Dessert is not worth it. We just got, Chocolate, Cotton Candy, and Frozen banana coated in chocolate.

STAFFS. Very welcoming and accommodating that's a plus.

PHOTOGRAPHER. So what influencers out there doesn't tell you is that there are staffs who'll take your photo inside, you'll be thinking wow this is good specially for couples you might think that you be having lots of photos together but NO. Sorry. 1 photo = 250 pesos if you'll get a copy YES ONLY ONE. And if you think that's fine you just request 1 photo to be printed and the you'll ask for the soft copy but NO. Again you'll get to choose if you wanted a soft or printed copy of ONE PHOTO and pay 250. What if you wanted both printed and soft copy then you'll have to pay 500 pesos for 1 photo. And if the staffs took a lot of photos for you they would tell you that they will give you a soft copy of all the photos for 1000 pesos which I think is absurd thinking that the entrance is really pricey plus there isn't much to do there just taking pics and rooms are not that good in person either. Pictures are not that good too.

But if you just...

Honest review incoming: For 699 per person, it isn't worth it. This is a place wherein you would experience the famous "expectation vs. reality". This is none other like of museums I've already visited. First critique, the place is aesthetically pleasing to the eye but when it comes to taking photos, lighting is not suitable as the place is a bit dark. Colors will not pop out unless photos are edited manually. You cannot go back to the rooms you've already been through thus taking all photos is recommended in every rooms. 2nd critique, the rooms are not properly maintained. You cannot enjoy every room's specialty as there's no crew that can assist you. Mini games in every room are not playable. Giant claw machine is not pleasing to the eye contradicting the recommendation at the counter. Last but not the least is their free desserts, paper says it up to 5 desserts but we only got 3. That's not the disappointing part. We got the following, a super tiny cake in a cup, a meringue lollipop and rice crispies with sugar. That's it. We didn't even get a souvenir box that was endorsed at the counter entrance video. The following criticism can be used by the so called "museum" to improve the place. But overall, i would go back to the place if they would be able maintain it properly and improve the quality of the place to match it's price as it's not par with the National Museum for a free entrance.
