Reply to MR. LOUIS CAMPAGNAC’s review : Mr Campagnac, you know what really happened yesterday . I hope traveller’s would send review based on facts and not only to intentionally damage the hotel’s reputations. Yesterday at around 6 pm your reported and claimed to our front desk that you lost p12,000 from your wallet which you left at the terrace OUTSIDE the room . This is the same statement you tell to the police who investigate the incident and NOT inside your room (as you stated on the review) . After you reported , we assisted you and playback the cctv coverage. You had watched together with our front desk officer and witnessed that the video did not show someone get the money from your wallet outside the terrace . But you insist that you want us to give back the p12,000 and threatens our FD officer that you will ask bloggers to send bad reviews if you cannot get the p12,000 . Our FD officer call the police station and ask what’s the best thing to do. The police officer said you have to go to police station to file a complaint so they can start the investigation . But you refused . So our FD officer requested the Police to go to our resort to investigate the incident . The police did the investigation and there’s no enough evidence to pinpoint who got your money or where your money got lost . We talked to the police , he said it’s up to us if we want to give your money back but he said he did not see enough evidence who got the money as you are pinpointing to our maintenance staff . But Because of our hospitality and sorry for the incident happened , the management shouldered the loss you claim and pay you the p12,000 which you acknowledge the receipt . We really don’t know whose the real victim of this incident . But we only expect you to tell the truth . Thank you.
We would like also to thank the good and bad reviews we receive . We take it positively and our way to improve our hotel and of our...
Read moreWe were welcomed by the front desk staff the moment we approached the lobby. We pre-booked our stay online so checking in wasn’t a hassle. (Summary at the last part)||The room we booked was spacious and great. Everything was clean and well-maintained. There are cabinets to put our valuables but we didn’t bother because we don’t have a lot of things. The beds are big enough to fit all of us. There’s also cable TV.||The AC is small but the low temperature spread well throughout the room. There is also a ceiling fan for those who like warmer temperates. The bathroom is clean and there is a heater for the shower.||When we went out for breakfast (6:30-7:00 AM), the lobby door was closed and they were still preparing. This was a down for us because we have a tour guide waiting for us at 8. Anyway, the food options were great and they sell snacks and drinks at the lobby which was helpful.||Pros:||1. Clean rooms|2. Perfect location (Nearby Cloud 9 and restaurants)|3. Helpful staff||Cons:|1. Cellular connection is weak (Strongest signal is outside)|2. Fast WiFi but a bit far from the rooms (Strongest signal is at the lobby)|3. Salty water is used in the shower and sink||Do not be deceived by the number of downsides in this review. This hotel is great and we would like to stay here again the next time we...
Read moreStayed here as a Solo Traveller for 4 days 3 nights. Excellent location for both surfers and non surfers. It is literally in Cloud 9 ( a couple of steps away from the Cloud 9 tower bridge), very accessible and convenient whether you came to Siargao to surf, to chill by the beach, for soul searching (hahah) or for a photo op. :) Have tried other resorts/hotels in Siargao on my past visits and by far, for me Kesa has the best location in Siargao to enjoy the sea breeze - day and night, for a peaceful/ quiet place to sleep, or to temporarily escape the City-like party noises, that is not too far from the night party places. Spacious and clean rooms with Balcony, with wifi and TV with stable cable connection, clean restrooms with hot and cold shower, towels and free toiletries. Their restaurant at the reception area also offers meals, water, beers and other drinks at a reasonable price. Concierge well organized, check in and out were both hassle-free. Staff makes you feel welcome and really at home, can arrange shuttle and other transport (ie airport transfer) upon request if needed. For foodies (or “instagram foodies?”) Kesa is right beside Shaka — the place famous for instagram worthy Power Bowls, and just a tricycle or habal habal ride away from other must try Siargao...
