The mall is very clean, well maintained, and the environment is nice. Otherwise a mall is a mall is a mall. As a result any flaw kinda hits the rating hard because there's no real differentiator between the different businesses.
Ultimately the big flaw in this mall is the bathroom supply: specifically women's restrooms. When I was there the -1 floor restroom was closed and it was Saturday. Since Poland passed a law 6 years ago banning commerce on Sundays (at the request of the Catholic Church) and since most students, professionals, and laborers work Monday - Friday during the only hours most businesses are open once commutes are accounted for. As a result the mall gets absolutely packed — well beyond the capacity that the features were planned for — on Saturdays. Which is also the only day most people can now use the facility.
As a result the lines to the men's restrooms were about 20 to 30 people long; for women's restrooms it was 70 to 100 people long, backing out the whole length of the hallway, and wrapping around in front of several stores blocking access to them.
This makes my disability issues (especially my difficulty with feeling when I need to pee) a BIG problem. Even packed amusement parks don't have 45 minute bathroom waits. They do have single-stall disability bathrooms but families with strollers or children who need diaper changes also need to use those so when it gets that packed it's basically not available for disabled people. There are just way more parents who want to drag their crying, stressed out children to a place where they can't even use the bathroom in a timely manner (not a great situation for the kids, is my point).
Both the issue of children's distress due to impossible waits and extreme urinary discomfort (and accidents) along with the issues of disability access could be fixed with the installation of more bathroom facilities, and especially with treating any bathroom not being open for use on a Saturday as an unacceptable emergency situation.
Ultimately the real answer here is that malls need to start lobbying the Polish government more than the Catholic Church. Get rid of the law that makes them only open for 1 weekend day per year, or add a mandate that people have off Saturday, Sunday and Monday (well any 3 days per week instead of 2) to make up for the time obstruction that having no access to goods and services for half of the time people are actually off work and...
