Don’t allow them to convince you with lies. They will say anything to sell you the rental and then don’t fulfill their promises. They get you at the free parking lot on top of the beach. They will tell you anything and promise everything to get you to book with them. They give you the paddles, the life vests and the stand up paddle on top of the hill, and they ask you to bring it down to the beach. They promise it’s only to get it down, and they tell you that you won’t need to get it up the hill (of course, it’s very steep: climbing 40m while walking 300m). This was a huge lie. At the end they tried to force us to bring everything up, including the massive stand up paddle board. Going down you see that there are many other places with same prices, and you don’t need to carry down anything. Then you need to wait for the kayaks. Sometimes it can take 40 min wait, which of course they didn’t tell you when you were on top of the hill. And you already paid. They don’t explain much, tell you rudely to get on the kayak or SUP, and send you into open sea to fight with big boats and hundreds of other kayaks. On the cave it is full of big boats and other kayaks. They say that one of the benefits of booking with them is that they have staff inside the cave to help you. The people there is pretty rude, don’t explain much either and have zero patience with people that might be having their first kayaking experience. Later when you want to go out you need to track them down and try to find them because they are anywhere but near the kayaks (took us like 10 mins to find them again, they were chatting on a corner). They rudely push you off, scream if you make a novice mistake, and on your own. The next part was better because it didn’t depend on the poor service of this company. We went at our own pace, stopped on some beaches and could park the kayaks and start back without any help and nobody screaming at us. The biggest issue was when we went back. After paddling for a long time we wanted to return the stuff and chill on the beach next to the “port” for some time. Impossible. The guy who received the kayaks back asked us to return to the store all the rest of the stuff, saying that the clock stopped ticking only once everything was returned on the store uphill. We explained him that this wasn’t what they told us before, and after a while he said “who said this to you? The salesman from the parking lot? They would say anything to sell you. Not my problem. You have to bring everything up”. We had to really stand on our position, and after 10 mins of arguing we said that we could bring up the life vests and paddles but not the huge stand up paddle board (bye bye plans to chill at the beach). It would have been impossible to stay at that beach as he was going to follow us everywhere until we adhere to his change of rules. On the top they said that people normally carry everything back, blah blah, and that they didn’t say that we could leave it down. All of us heard it, but of course they promised this before taking our money. Next time we’ll get one of the places on the beach and to avoid all of this problems and pay the same price

We rent a Kayak for 1.5 h. It was horrible. Luckily we already had kayaking experience. They didn’t explain anything. We got our lifewest und our paddles and they told us to go down the hill to the beach. The people there gave us our kayak and helped to get in (bare minimum). Than we paddled to the cave on our own. There were so many people on the water. total chaos. The cave was fully crowded. Wayyy to many people. They came by boat, SUPs and Kayak. The experience to see the beautiful nature there was completely ruined. We wanted to get out as fast as possible. There were only two guides to put the kayak back to the water so we had to wait. We wouldn’t mind, if there weren’t that much people. To be honest the Kayak rent can’t be blamed for the amount of people and for the fact that such a beautiful place is destroyed by hundreds and hundreds of people. I would not recommend!

DO NOT book with these people. They are lazy scammers. Continue down the road toward the beach and you’ll find better companies. If I could give negative stars I would. First of all, it’s a complete ripoff. They charge 25 euros for the “express tour” which is literally a 5 minute paddle out to the cave, they make you carry your stuff down and up the hill. When we got back to the beach and realized we had left shoes in the cave, we told the guide and instead of letting us paddle the 10 minutes there and back to retrieve it, he said we could wait an hour for the next tour to bring it back. So we did, which was ok. However that guide forgot, lied to us and said they were gone. We went around the top of the cave and could see the sandals there. They kept telling us a new guide would bring it back but we waited four hours and no one helped us. If they weren’t willing to help they should have just told us instead of telling us every outing would bring the shoes back. They wasted our entire day. There were so many guides hanging around doing nothing and no one was willing to help. Horrible service, Continue down the road toward the beach and you’ll find way...

Overall we had a great experience with Clear Emotions. We arrived at the top of the hill and the Clear Emotions people helped us find a parking spot and park. We then rented the kayaks and picked up our paddles and life vests and walked down the hill. The CE team met us at the beach and gave us kayaks. They got us into the kayaks and pulled us out into the water. It couldn't have been easier. They helped us onto land in the cave and helped us back into the kayaks and again pulled us into the water when we decided to leave. This was important because when we tried to do it ourselves later at a different location, we learned the challenges of boarding the kayaks in some reasonable surf. My only complaint was the request for a tip when we landed at the beach to return the kayaks. If they just said, "if you enjoyed the service please consider leaving a tip when you return the paddles", it would have been fine and I definitely would have tipped them. But we definitely felt pressured to come up with cash on the spot on the beach. Overall, a great experience and I would recommend Clear Emotions and kayaking...
