Benagil Beach Bar — Restaurant in Lagoa

Do not set your foot there! Extremely rude people. We live in Portugal for years and have never met such rude money-hungry individuals. The typical family-type of goldmine-snack bar feeding family on tourists. I do understand that they are sitting on a goldmine location trying to make the most of any type of beverage, trying to get rid of their left over last bottle of rose wine that nobody wants. What I do not get is the rudeness and attitude to me, whom I consider very polite and extremely aligned to the Portuguese way of living. Plenty of decent establishments to spend your money in the area but definitely not...

Very long wait at lunch time; it’s probably an unbearable wait in a year with normal tourist numbers. The food was nice. I think the problem is that this place is the wrong type of business given its circumstances. What’s needed is a lean fast-food bar that serves burgers, hot dogs and pizzas only - food that can be made in large quantities and served very quickly. This place offers all the above plus sandwiches, toasties, salads and ice cream, and a huge range of drinks. A smaller menu would enable this place to sell more food faster and keep the queue moving. Ideally it could do with a separate queue for drinks...

The outrageously high price of 3.50 euros for a bottle of beer for the Algarve was justified to me today that the beach bar would be on the most beautiful bay in Europe! I consider this a laughing stock and / or cheek. I have known the Algarve for almost 20 years and have also traveled extensively in Europe. However, I have never found a dirtier toilet like this one in this bay. A young lady left the toilet in front of me and warned of the disgusting condition. Although I actually give positive reviews, I can only say: "Never again"!

Der für die Algarve unverschämt hohe Preis von 3,50 Euro für eine Flasche Bier wurde mir heute damit begründet, das die Beach Bar an der schönsten Bucht in Europa liegen würde! Ich betrachte dies als Lachnummer und /oder Frechheit. Ich kenne die Algarve seit knapp 20 Jahren und habe auch Europa intensiv bereist. Nie habe ich allerdings eine dreckigere Toilette wie in dieser Bucht vorgefunden. Eine junge Dame verließ vor mir die Toilette und warnte vor dem abartigen Gestank!

O preço absurdamente alto de 3,50 euros por uma garrafa de cerveja para o Algarve justificou-me hoje que o bar da praia estaria na baía mais bonita da Europa! Considero isso um motivo de chacota e / ou bochecha. Conheço o Algarve há quase 20 anos e também viajei bastante pela Europa. No entanto, nunca encontrei um banheiro mais sujo como esse nesta baía. Uma jovem deixou o banheiro na minha frente e avisou sobre a condição nojenta. Embora eu realmente dê críticas positivas, só posso dizer:...
