Not a pleasant experience at OLENS Hongdae today :( Staff onsite were unfriendly and unapproachable. I have repeatedly purchased contact lens two days in a row from them and it’s still the same treatment. I was enquiring about their free eye test and trial lens as i have not tried OLENS contacts before, was repeatedly denied as they mentioned they don’t do it despite tiktok videos showing that they do it at Hongdae. I was served by a female on 29/07 and a male(curly hair) on 30/07. I don’t recommend going here as the vibes here are so awkward. Hated every second i spent here in the store.

The staff here always provides the best service. The experience here has been truly the greatest happiness. It is much more attractive than the normal service at other branches. The staff has really good manners. The staff here is fluent in Chinese, English, and Japanese. In particular, the female boss here cares about the details to satisfy the customer. She checked my items one by one and recommended the items I wanted. It is the best store.
