Parascending Tenerife — Attraction in Adeje

Very unprofessional and rude or atleast to us!!! We had a terrible experience with them for having false deals with the shop. Then finally cornering us and demanding 40euros for 2.5yrs old child.

"Either give the money or get out of the boat!!!"

It's was a great drama played by letting us in boat and then saying we didn't pay. They just wanted to humiliate, corner and get MONEY.

And because they lost their money that day they say we cheated with the bill. Just think we are in holidays and we spent thousands of euros all the way just to cheat 40euros??? We were even ready to pay 40 and continue the trip until the lady / her husband said "we don't do it for free"

Poor communication their own employee or to the excursion shop. If you go with the shop ticket they may blame you printed your own ticket. Lots of communication gap, confusion, racism, discrimination and lack of professionalism. NEVER...

Awful experience demanding 40 Euros for a baby (2.5 yrs) after we sat in the boat. We booked through third parties who rang them and checked the price before accepting us. When we were at the boarding point the lady who manages didn't utter a word about paying for kid, while boarding the boat we weren't questioned but after we set with the harness we were demanded 40 Euros for the kid. These are something you get after waiting hours in and around the area for your booked time.

I understand there could be communication gap between you and other ticket sellers but you lost the plot of being a business when you demand money like that. HOW on earth does 40 euro for child ticket whilst the same for an adult. I denied to pay and left the place with a sore experience. The lady who was in the boat was but arrogant to me at least.

May be another parascending in the area would be courteous to...

My wife and I had an absolutely amazing experience with Parascending Tenerife. From start to finish, the team was incredibly professional, caring, and supportive. We were both quite nervous beforehand as we’re scared of heights, but they made us feel completely safe and reassured throughout the whole process.
