To start the room is tacky in design compared to the pictures we had seen online when booking the hotel, The cleaning is not even mediocre there is still plenty of dust and dirt around the room, The shower drain is loose and on our first night i had tripped into the wall, The flooring in the shower tray has chipped as seen in pictures below, The mini bar prices are extortionate for the amount you get, It says all soft drinks and yet the only drinks available in the fridge are water and alcohol and as someone who doesn’t drink its not very handy. The bed is stiff and the pillows are uncomfortable, its not like the covers are nice to the touch either. the curtains are a tacky pattern which are displeasing to the eyes, The balcony railing is not sturdy in the slightest i nearly fell leaning on it. The balcony door has a 3 inch lip which i had caught my feet on multiple times. the toilet space is made for people under 4ft apparently because as a 6ft male i have to sit sideways to be able to use it. the bed sheets were stained not by much but you could still see them. On the first day at 10:07am I was taking a shower and room service walked straight in without knocking then again later in the day roughly 14:00 walked in without knocking not understanding when i said we did not need a clean. The noise from the hallway starts at 17:00 and doesn't stop until around 03:00am. This includes drunks shouting, people slamming their doors, Shouting from the street, loud talking from neighbouring rooms. There are scuff marks on the walls and somehow the ceiling, the curtains have holes in them. the chairs provided in the room have stains on them as well as the sliding doors being put in upside down which provided me with a good laugh. Although their faults with the room the reception staff seem friendly and keen to help however when we asked where the indoor pool was the male receptionist had given us a look as though we were stupid. The “indoor” pool is a outside pool with a couple metre’s of cover and at that it wasn’t all that special. Had discussed the shower with reception and we are currently waiting on a technician to come fix it. The shower had broken, you could not switch between the hose and the over head as the switch had broken. The “good views from your rooms” is what attracted us to the hotel and yet were looking directly at a tree and what looks like a slumlords dream across the road. For someone who loves mallorca i will never visit palma again as this has completely sullied my views on the area. The only good thing about the room is the smart TV. Looking at other reviews it seems the hotel like to pin most of the blame on the customers i agree with the hotel for some of the complaints as it is just human stupidity but the accusations against them that should be taken seriously are almost laughed off so wouldn't be surprised if this never sees the light of day Picture included were taken on 16/07/2024.

Had a great stay at Saratoga. Ideally located a 200m walk from the end of the A1 Airport bus line, the hotel is hidden down a tree lined street just off Passeig de Mallorca. The shade was a welcome relief in such hot conditions! We were early but were still afforded use of the facilities until we could check in and we loved the rooftop pool and Sky Bar with great views of the surrounding hills, old town and Cathedral. Our room was huge, loads of room for two suitcases and a nice balcony away from the main pool areas downstairs. Speaking of which the ground floor’s two pools were also great and the hotel have done very well using the space available to them. Enjoyed the spa myself in the furthest pool after a couple of gruelling bike rides. The gym is also good but very hot without air con fitted! The Gastrobar became a nightly stop for a drink or two before bed and we struck up a great rapport with Francisco and Daniel - two very nice guys from Andalusia who made us some lovely drinks. The only criticism I could make about the hotel is that the rooms aren’t very soundproof, many times we were woken up by noisy neighbours we could hear through very thin walls. The corridors are also very echoey, lots of tiled surfaces doesn’t help nor do clueless guests with zero respect for others. Aside from that though this was a great stay, thanks Saratoga!

Lovely hotel in a great location. My two gripes (1) Towels left on sunbeds all day - this is something that you see in cheap resort hotels, not 4 star boutique hotels. There's no excuse either; all the towels were the hotel's so any member of staff could have removed them. As it was, it was too warm to sit in the sun for any length of time otherwise I'd have moved a couple myself. (2) The fridge in our suite was pathetic - it took 24+ hours to get a bottle of water anything like cold and when I asked for a bucket of ice at reception we were told to go to the bar yet the bar(s) told us they didn't have enough ice buckets to allow us to have one. They allowed one glass of ice to take to our room but some of the bar staff wanted to charge for a second glass of ice. So I helped myself to one of the ice buckets from the pile that they had and filled it with ice from the supermarket round the corner. I've never stayed at a hotel anywhere where they refuse to give ice or chare for it. Very poor when paying £300 per night.

Such a lovely space. Really calm and relaxing. Two fantastic pools. The rooftop one has little shade but the bit that does is great for dining. There is a bar up there too with an exceptional view across the bay of Palma. The rooms are incredibly comfortable and elegant. The staff are super helpful and kind. There is a jazz club on the 7th floor which is has a fantastic, buzzy ambience. Really good fun. Our room was just below it and, despite the music and the dancing, it did not impact us when we went to sleep. This is largely due to the excellent acoustic protection. This is a wonderful base to explore the beauty of Palma in its full awesomeness. Thoroughly enjoyable and fun!

Very lovely apartment hotel. It is located in the middle of the city. It's very quiet, surprisingly, which is a good thing. Its close to the restaurants, shopping mall and far from the cathedral 😍. Definitely do recommend this place and will definitely come up 😉. Ps. Best rooms to have is those with your own balcony, that is if you don't have kids.
